I’ve received zero response from support. ### 1/5 — Account Suspended Without Any Explanation *2026-08-10* I actually really enjoyed using Nomadtable and had a very positive experience with the app until my account was suddenly suspended without any clear explanation. I attended three meetings through the app and all of them went really well. Two of the meetings were rated afterward, and I received positive ratings for both. I have always behaved respectfully toward everyone I met and have never had any conflicts or problems during a meeting. I also never sent sexual, offensive, harassing, or inappropriate messages. That’s why I was genuinely surprised to suddenly see that my account had been suspended for allegedly violating the Community Guidelines. Unfortunately, I wasn’t told what exactly I supposedly did wrong, which makes the situation even more confusing. Based on my interactions, meetings, and positive ratings, I genuinely don’t understand the reason for the suspension. I have already contacted support and would really appreciate a manual review of my account and an explanation of what supposedly happened. J'ai pu rencontrer tellement de gens grâce à cette application et maintenant qu'elle est payante je dois lui dire au revoir. Rien n’a changé : Nomadtable reste une application freemium et la grande majorité des fonctionnalités, notamment celles permettant de rencontrer d’autres voyageurs, restent accessibles gratuitement. Un abonnement Premium est proposé pour certaines fonctionnalités supplémentaires, mais il n’est absolument pas nécessaire pour continuer à utiliser l’application et rencontrer des gens. Achei que fosse apenas um bug, então acabei deletando minha conta. Depois disso, não consegui mais entrar nem recuperar meu acesso. Perdi completamente minha conta. Experiência péssima. Um aplicativo que pode simplesmente bloquear o usuário sem explicar claramente o motivo e depois dificultar a recuperação da conta não passa confiança. Não recomendo. Melhor pensar duas vezes antes de usar. I had not sent any messages, created any events, or violated any rules. I was simply browsing the app and looking for an interesting group to join when, suddenly, my account was closed and removed. I contacted support and even provided a screenshot and the ban number, simply asking for an explanation. I received no response whatsoever. After this experience, I honestly realized that this app is nothing like what I expected. It feels like users can be removed without transparency, explanation, or a fair review process. If an app can permanently delete someone’s account while they are simply browsing, without clearly explaining what rule was violated—and then ignore their support request—what kind of platform is that? Very disappointing experience. I expected a community for travelers and meeting new people, but instead I experienced what feels like arbitrary moderation where some people can be removed while others remain. You seriously need to improve your moderation system, transparency, and customer support. Users deserve to know why they were banned and have a fair opportunity to appeal.
