多機能すぎると使いにくいですが、シンプルで気に入っています。

どのくらいの期間飲んでいないか、どのくらいアルコールで使っていたお金をセーブできているかなど、モチベーションを保ちながら使えます。
飲みたくなった時に読めるコラムなどもいいです。
目に見えるトラッカーがあるのとないのでは継続率が全く違うと思います。
