Nice app to have when on glp-1, super easy food tracking and weight management, very useful tips when scanning food or barcode. I like it. ### 5/5 — A necessity for everybody! *2026-03-28* Something that I often dislike about other fitness apps is that no matter how much they try to personalize it, it starts to feel exclusive to people with strict diets and a heavy exercise routine. When they do that it starts to feel discouraging and I often just end up deleting the app. This app however just feels very welcoming and warm— there’s a place for everyone to start. Another thing that I like is that when I downloaded the app, all I had to do was plug in my measurements and I was ready to start freely exploring the app. In other self- improvement apps, after you plug in your information, they immediately shove their subscription plans on your screen. One more thing that I like is the UI design of this app— it’s very bubbly , friendly , and motivating. A lot of thought was put into this app!
