## What is Nomming?

Nomming makes meal logging quick, visual and social.

Snap a photo, upload an image, type or speak your meal, and receive an AI-generated estimate of calories, protein, carbohydrates and fat. Review your meal, track your daily nutrition and build a simple history of what you eat.

Create private accountability groups with friends and family. Each member can set their own daily goal, follow group progress and support other members by liking their meals.
