NoMo is a Pomodoro focus timer and app blocker powered by Apple’s Screen Time technology. Choose the apps that distract you, raise Focus Shield, and complete at least 25 focused minutes to earn XP as your world keeps growing.

GROW AN ISLAND OF 24 COMPANIONS

Choose a cat, dog, or bunny, then focus your way across five islands: Meadow, Forest, Autumn, Snowy, and Tropical. As you level up, new low-poly companions arrive and new islands open. Your companions wander, nap, and remember you.

All 24 companions and all 27 levels are included in the free experience. Long focus sessions can reveal golden and radiant companion variants. Coins are earned through focus. XP is earned on sessions of at least 25 minutes. Paid plans also include a one-time 100-coin welcome bonus. Coins are not sold as separate packs. No loot boxes. No ads.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

NoMo’s core focus experience does not require a named account. Guest mode creates a pseudonymous identifier to support app functionality. Optional analytics are collected only with your consent. Your data is never sold or used to track you across other companies’ apps and websites.
