Everytime I open a ticket, it will not show up anymore afterwards in the help section. So there is basically no way of accessing tickets in the help section or getting any kind of help with any problem. Swapping currencies does also not work properly, the app will never get me a Quote and will always say „Error:cant fetch Quote“ I‘ve been trying to so that for the past 7 days, it never gave me a quote. Ive recently just required the BFT (Benefit Token) and Wonder if Theres a way of swapping the Token back into Euro as it was being mentioned on the Telegram Channel. ???
