Their customer support via WhatsApp has also been very responsive when I had a quick question. If you need a modern, hassle-free payment solution, look no further. My only minor suggestion for improvement would be to add Tap to pay on phone option in AED and more customizable options to the transaction reporting feature, it's a fantastic, secure, and essential tool for my daily transactions. Which is fine. But then I asked why, they couldn’t provide any info on why they declined my enrollment although THEY asked me to contact them for more info. I decided to go with STRIPE instead and when they were documents missing, they asked me to send those documents because they have a better enrollment and transparent enrollment process. Was able to open my STRIPE account in less than 30 minutes and I was able to receive my client’s payment. I don’t recommend NOMOD not because I wasn’t approved but simply because they have problems with their systems and customer service which indicates that if anything goes wrong they won’t be responsive or efficient. I’m glad after all because I’ve been redirected to a better and efficient service: STRIPE. ### 1/5 — My personal experience with Nomod *2025-12-13, version 1.29.4* I stopped actively using Nomod around August 11. At that time, I had access to a free trial for same-day payouts. Due to issues in my business, I was not operating from August through December. I believed I had cancelled my subscription during that period, but later realized it had remained active. I did not use Nomod’s services for several months. When my business became operational again, I received a payment of approximately AED 640 through Nomod. I was surprised to see that this amount was not paid out to me. After contacting Nomod, I was informed that there was an outstanding subscription balance. I requested a resolution and explained that the service had not been used during that time. A refund was not provided, and responses took longer than I expected. This review reflects my personal experience only, and others may have a different experience. ### 1/5 — Worst Experience – Account Frozen and Funds Held *2025-11-14, version 1.29.1* I am still having the worst experience with this service. They froze my account and are holding all my funds without any clear reason, even saying they might keep the money for up to 180 days “to verify” a transaction. I run a car rental business, and their service is supposed to support my operations, not block them. I still have daily obligations: cars I rent from other offices that need payment, customers waiting to receive cars, and rental extensions that depend on these funds. Holding all the money is seriously affecting my business, and the problem is still ongoing. Even after repeated explanations, they keep sending the same canned responses and don’t understand the situation. Emails and WhatsApp messages go unanswered or just get repeated replies, making it feel like they are deliberately delaying my business. I do not recommend this service to any business owner who needs fast, reliable, and transparent payments. This service is not securing your business it’s actively complicating it. ### 1/5 — Paid an agent *2025-06-14, version 1.25.5* My nomod account now is useless and i wasted my money for this account. I paid someone "an agent" but they left me behind. ### 1/5 — Late Payout *2025-02-27, version 1.23.2* Late Payout Experience ### 1/5 — Stay away from this company *2025-02-17, version 1.23.0* If you use this payment gateway you put your company at risk especially for small business. There is no way to track your payment. Dashboard is limited to creating but reql time report is not there thus its hard to monitor the paymen settlement. And the most disappointing part if they disabled your account they will hold your settlement for 180 days. The full amount. These were not mentioned to me during the process. There is no office to visit to talk to anyone. Very risky. Until now I am still figuring out how to report them to Dubai ministry for holding my money. ### 1/5 — Payouts are taking way longer than they communicate *2024-04-03, version 1.12.0* I cannot recommend this app. Payout can take up to two weeks. You cannot see your next Payout date in the app. You will need to reach out to support so they can explain to you when you can expect a payment. I wouldn't trust them ### 1/5 — Started off okay.. *2022-05-02, version 1.6.3* they were OK at first. Except they have a unusually long processing fee to pay out for the first few transactions it can take a few weeks! Also all of a sudden after if you weeks of use in the service they cancelled my account without giving me any reason why. I did a normal verification and everything went through successfully. Then I had to do further verification which all went through. Yet a few days later it says my account is blocked and was canceled.
