## What is nomp?

if you want to change your relationship with your phone, doing it alone is the hard way. nomp makes it a shared experience.

commit to phone-free time with people you trust. hold each other accountable. follow through and improve together.

You were never meant to do this alone.

How nomp works:
start by connecting with your people; friends, family, colleagues, teammates. the people whose opinion actually matters to you. They become your accountability network, and you become part of theirs.

then choose create your commits:

solo — make a personal commitment to yourself. a quiet first step. no pressure, just intention.

buddy — Someone in your network commits to holding you accountable. You set the time, they keep you honest.

nudge — you become the accountability partner. You send the commitment to challenge. Someone else benefits from your support.

together — Mutual accountability. You and someone else commit simultaneously, both invested in the same positive outcomes.

Why it works:
Willpower alone has a ceiling. We all know this. You've set the intention, locked the phone in a drawer, deleted the apps. It works for a day, maybe a week?

What changes things is other people. Not pressure. Not judgement. Just someone who knows what you're trying to do and is either doing it with you or rooting for you to follow through.

That's the ideawhich drives nomp.

What's inside:
commit: Create phone-free windows in four different modes
connect: Build your accountability network
plan: Schedule upcoming commits so they're ready when you need them
past: See your history and how far you've come
you: Your personal stats and progress

nomp isn't about guilt. It isn't about tracking, it's about giving you the conditions to actually follow through.

download nomp today. bring your people and let's get better together.
