Your journey. Your way. Nomu is a travel journal, a trip planner, and a personal world map in one calm app. Plan where you are going, remember everywhere you have been, and watch your map fill in country by country. No ads, no affiliate links, no feed to scroll. PLAN YOUR NEXT TRIP • Create a trip, add the places you will visit, and give them dates when you know them. • Keep flights, trains, ferries and stays for every stop, with times and booking references. • Save a link from any app straight to a place, so that post about a bakery waits where you will actually be. • A quiet reminder the day before you leave, and the morning you go. PLAN WITH NAVI • Tell Navi where you are going and it drafts the days, ready to edit or throw away. Nothing is saved until you say so. • Ask about a trip you already have: what is open on a Monday, what the weather usually does, whether a night still has no bed. • Navi is AI, so it gets things wrong. Report any answer from the answer itself and it reaches us. TURN OLD PHOTOS INTO TRIPS • Point Nomu at a handful of photos or videos and it drafts the trip from the dates and places they already carry, then lets you review it before anything is saved. • The scan runs on your phone and reads only when and where each photo was taken, never the pictures themselves. Photos upload only when you add them to a trip. DOCUMENT WHERE YOU HAVE BEEN • Every country you visit earns a dated stamp in your passport. • Attach photos to each place, and a trip becomes a story you can read back. • Private notes and saved pages are kept for one trip or for the next time you are in town, and any of them can be put on a day. YOUR TRAVEL MAP • A world map of every place you have visited, planned, or are dreaming about, each in its own colour. • Local time and currency on every place card, offline, plus your own notes. • Counters for countries, places, trips and travel days, plus a heatmap of the months you travel most. SHARE ONLY IF YOU WANT • Build a traveler card or a trip card, pick the layout, and export it as an image. • Or paste your itinerary as plain text into any chat. • Everything is private by default. Nothing is public unless you share it. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT • No ads and no data sold. Your trips are never used to train AI models. • No background location. Nomu never follows you around, you tell it where you went. • Lock the app behind Face ID. • Export a copy of your trips and places, or delete your account, from inside the app. WORKS OFFLINE View your trips with no connection. Nomu catches up when you are back online, so a long flight, a metro tunnel or a foreign SIM you have not bought yet changes nothing. ALSO INSIDE • Sign in with Apple, with Google, or with an emailed code. No password to forget. • English, Spanish and Portuguese (Brazil). Whether you are a frequent flyer keeping a travel diary, a map lover counting visited countries, a backpacker planning a route, or someone finally logging the trips of the last ten years, Nomu keeps them all in one place. Free to start. Your adventures, beautifully kept. Built by one developer who was tired of keeping her trips in spreadsheets and scattered notes. Place and map data: GeoNames (CC BY 4.0) and Natural Earth (public domain). ## Pricing and in-app purchases Base price: Free. **One-time purchases** | Purchase | Price | Type | | --- | --- | --- | | Single Trip Ticket | $5.99 | one-time | | Founding Explorer | $24.99 | one-time | ## Is Nomu safe? The highlights: • Meet Navi, your travel assistant. Describe a trip in a sentence and Navi drafts it day by day. Keep what you like, undo the rest. • Hold the middle button to talk to Navi from anywhere. • Hand over booking confirmations or screenshots and get a trip back, with flights, airports and booking codes in place. • Plan a trip together: invite people with one code and say who each booking is for. • Every trip starts with a Before you go stop and one checklist you can edit. Navi can pack your bag. • Every place says whether you need a visa. • Home shows what today holds on a trip you are on. • Your trips appear in your own calendar. • See the world at its true size on the map. • A trip ticket unlocks Navi for one trip and never expires. Founding Explorer covers every trip, once. • Adding photos no longer closes the app, and every screen reads naturally in English, Portuguese and Spanish. ### 1.8.0 — 2026-09-08 No release notes. ## Apps similar to Nomu | App | Rating | Price | Category | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | [TripBee Pro: Trip Planner](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/tripbee-pro-trip-planner/id6787754435) | — | $5.99 | Travel | | [Travel Tracker - Travelbook](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/travel-tracker-travelbook/id6749337583) | — | Free | Travel | | [TripBee Lite: Trip Planner](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/tripbee-lite-trip-planner/id6791299610) | — | Free | Travel | | [Journalfy Travel Journal](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/journalfy-travel-journal/id6470990762) | 5.0 (2) | Free | Travel | | [Ellipsis Travel](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/ellipsis-travel/id6475795078) | 4.9 (26) | Free | Travel | | [Trip Planner · Share Itinerary](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/trip-planner-share-itinerary/id6748044059) | — | Free | Travel | --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
