## What is Nona?

Get insights into your health, well-being and lifestyle in just 45 days, completely free of charge. The app reminds you to make daily registrations, which means that after 45 days you will receive a summary report on what you logged.
Nona’s vision is that people should gain more control and interest in their health. We have developed a digital notepad where customers can very easily enter health data that they are interested in, follow the development of their health over time, make their own analysis and come well prepared for any meetings with healthcare providers. Nona serves as a basis for keeping track of you and your children’s health.
Nona can interact with Apple HealthKit and import daily steps if you wish.
