What happened to MPV?? ### 1/5 — Whuuut happened here? *2020-05-20, version 1.2* This app is legit unusable. Can’t play any of the tutorials, not showing a fraction of those available on the web. I legitimately thought this was a bootleg app. I will be unsubscribing from their service immediately. Unfortunate! ### 1/5 — Does not work, just goes to blank screen. Please fix. *2020-05-16* I have purchased many Mac Pro Video Tutorials over the years. I download them all on my iPad and watch them offline. I first used the original Mac Pro Video app which worked great. It was no longer supported so I had to start again with the Ask Audio app which was a lot less responsive and always seemed to want an internet connection. Now that is no longer supported I have had to delete it and install this app and download all my videos for the third time. This app doesn’t work and just goes to blank screen. Please fix as the Mac Pro Video tutorials are absolutely fantastic and I really want to be able to download them to my iPad and watch them offline again. ### 1/5 — The Worse To Date ! 8^( *2020-05-08, version 1.2* Does not work on iPad Air period ! iOS 12.4.5 Has no choice to save downloads or read past downloaded tutorials. Then I received a bunch more tutorials with some software I had purchased. No sooner had I logged in when they changed their name to non linear education. Now it's completely WORTHLESS. Can't open the app, can't view the videos I've just purchased, can't even login. I wish they put as much effort into creating a working site as they do rebranding themselves. Until then, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! ### 1/5 — Saddest *2020-03-10, version 1.2* Ask video app a part of nonlinear worked great even on older device and was user friendly. This app is not even close and not worth the effort until updated and fixed. Bring back ask video app it actually worked. Very poor rating for app that desperately needs attention. Just go and download the AskVideo App for iOS. At least that works quite well! This is only for purchasing and downloading your Video courses. It wouldn’t be too bad if it actually worked. When you try to download the content you paid for, it downloads about 20% and then just stops. That’s it. No content. Honestly, the web browser is clunky with safari. The volumes are unpredictable... it just doesn’t work very smooth on an iPad or iPhone. This is ONLY to steal your login info. *2021-12-28, version 1.3.1* Don’t fall for it. ### 1/5 — Bogglingly bad *2021-12-12* Just spent 30 mins trying to get macprovideo on my Apple TV. Didn't work. No app exists as advertised. Saw this and tried it. Didn't work. Just directs me to Safari. What a ridiculous situation. This lot boast about their tech expertise and how they were one of the first app store companies but seem unable to create an app that works or keep their information up to date. Hmmm... ### 1/5 — Even clunkier than nonlinear web apps! *2021-02-21* If you thought that was just not possible, try this app! It will surprise you and redefine what “clunky” means! Seriously speaking, have the developers, and I use the term loosely here, ever tried to use this software themselves? Did they define this acceptable? You can only view courses you’ve purchased outright. You can log in to this but are greeted by a black screen. Works fine on my iPad Pro. Thank you Mac Pro video 😀 ### 5/5 — Works just fine *2021-09-18, version 1.3.1* I hadn’t used this on my new device and was a bit anxious after reading all the very negative reviews. However, I downloaded it, logged on (no problem) and all my purchased courses showed up. I downloaded what I wanted and was using it within minutes. Maybe there was an update after all the bad reviews. I’d recommend the disappointed ones out give it another go. ### 5/5 — Works for me👍 *2021-01-11* I downloaded this today. I can see all the courses I’ve bought, and can download the courses to my iPad to view offline. Seems to work pretty darn well.
