It is snappy quick no purchases endless play. This updated version is laggy, uses and “energy” feature that makes you wait or buy more. The cost to eliminate ads is $10. I’ve reinstalled three times over the past few weeks and have the most updated IOS. Also, got a pop up saying that if I didn’t enable tracking, certain features would not work, so that’s pretty shady. I had completed all the packs and was working through the levels, had a good bank of coins and energy. When I went back in the game, it had completely reset as if I’ve never played before. Level 1, max 10 energy, etc. GARBAGE. ### 1/5 — 2021 Nonogram *2021-06-23, version 1.3.4* Loved this game until I hit the 1140. Will there be more puzzles soon or is this it? Disappointed to work and get to end and find out it’s over. The “pack” portion has not changed or introduced new “packs” since I started! This is the only reason I’m rating a 1 star, otherwise, great puzzle game. ### 1/5 — App Tracking Transparency/App Store TSO Violation *2021-06-15, version 1.3.3* The game itself is mediocre. There are tons of identical apps on the AppStore and this one is littered with ads (which you can removed for $9.99) to the point where it’s slightly irritating to use. What really annoyed me about this app was a message that I got after asking the app not to track me. I went onto one of the puzzle for the first time in a while, and got a pop up saying that they were going to disable features of the game unless I turned app tracking back on, and gave me instructions as to how to do so. From what I can tell, they have not actually disabled features of the game but the principle still stands. I work in IT and am a huge advocate for the consumer being able to choose whether or not to share data. I understand that this is how most companies make money, especially on free apps, but it is completely unacceptable to scare consumers into turning it back on, which also happens to be a violation of the App Store terms of service. Section VI clearly states that you can not block features of your app from being used if a user chooses not to review the app, turn on app tracking, etc. That kind of behavior is not something I can overlook and I have deleted the app. I hope Apple either forces you to remove that prompt or takes your app off of their platform. ### 1/5 — IT WONT SHOW UP *2021-06-10, version 1.3.3* I think (or assume) that this game is awesome all but 1 thing that RUINS IT ALL. And that thing is that whenever I click on the app to open it, there is the blue loading bar and whenever it is full, or done, the screen is stuck, and I cannot see anything else other than the title and the loading bar. I don’t think anyone else should have this problem, but heed my warning, IF THIS HAPPENS TO YOU, YOU MIGHT AS WELL HIVE UP AND FORGET ABOUT IT. ### 1/5 — Unsolvable puzzles *2021-04-23, version 1.2.6* As early as level 37, you’ll receive puzzles that cannot be solved without a hint. You can’t create a logic puzzle game and make it impossible to solve via logic, guys. Uninstalling this one in favor of the many, many alternatives that actually know how to design a nonogram. ### 1/5 — Not good for neurodivergent users *2021-04-20, version 1.2.5* There is a vibrate function that I can’t figure out how to turn off. You can disable sound effects but not vibrate. Which does not work for users with sensory processing issues who can’t tolerate their phone vibrating while playing a game. Hard pass on this app. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Astonishing Entertainment! *2023-03-04* Never have I seen such an amazing simple offline game! I have been playing for nearly 2 years now, and this game is just as good-probably even better than the other games (Picture Cross, Logic Puzzle… etc). In this game, you get a grid with numbers bordering it as your clues to fill in the grid. There are packs, normal levels, and daily puzzles that can entertain you or fill in time when you have nothing to do. These puzzles can go from 10x10, 15x15, and 20x20 and you have 3 mistakes to get them done. About ads: Now, I don’t think there are too many ads, but I do think the ads flash up in very random times. I also think the cost for removing ads is a bit expensive. Overall, I have had an amazing experience with this app in the last (almost) 2 years, and I highly recommend downloading it for a downtime game or just something to play in general. (Don’t forget not all games are for everyone so if you get mad very easily don’t play this game or atleast not very often. ### 5/5 — Great Game *2022-12-01, version 2.3.0* Each level is a classic nanogram puzzle and you are given three lives to complete the level. This is a fun strategy game. My only complaint is that in some levels the squares/boxes are so small they are hard to press the right one. An update or addition to the game I suggest is a zoom feature that lets you pick an area to zoom in on when the squares get small. Otherwise this is a great game and a fun way to spend time doing. ### 5/5 — One of the best games *2022-04-17, version 2.0.0* There is rarely any game that has longevity that makes me want to keep it downloaded for a long period of time, yet I’ve been playing this specific game for a while and am determined to make it through the whole thing.
