I’ve been subscribing for a number of years. Just recently I renewed for a year and it no longer allows me to see my home airport unless I “subscribe”. I’ve already paid $29.99 twice in two days in hopes of getting it to work. Now I’m out $60 and it still isn’t working. Not sure if this is being monitored or not, but it will take your money. It just doesn’t update your status.

This app is a scam.  It’s never worked for me, probably because their last update was a year ago.  All the positive reviews are from years ago.

Not a reliable app! Difficult to contact support! When you do they’re not helpful! I have a subscription that is still active!  The problem is I can’t use it without purchasing another subscription?!?! Why!! I’m already a subscriber!!! There are much better apps that actually work on the market! Don’t waste your time or money on this one! I would actually have given it 0 stars but it wouldn’t allow it!
I understand that it’s not an auto renewing app but at the time I had the problem my subscription had not lapsed! Repeatedly telling me this doesn’t correct the problem that I was having! But wait, you already knew that! Not happy with your response!

This app is great when it's working. It's been crashing on me recently. You have to pay a subscription fee in order to use the app but it doesn't look to have been updated for two years.

When I first got this app I thought it was really cool! But as time went on the app continues to crash on a regular basis. There quite a few airlines it will not show the loads for and not to mention the airlines it does show, it doesn’t show how many non refs are listed. It will say GREAT but doesn’t count the 17 STBY’s waiting for the 6 seats that are open.

I subscribed to their service and like the previous review states, the load info is very misleading or incorrect altogether. 
When I went to unsubscribe, there is not option or way of contacting the developer (at least not one in which they will respond to you). They right now are charging my iTunes account $6.00 per month and I have no way of cancelling it. It doesn’t show I. You iTunes account as being charged, and yet they continue to draw funds from my debit card as though it’s an iTunes subscription.

App is great if you’re looking at flights more than a day in advance- trying to get same day loads is IMPOSSIBLE, app gives an error message every time. Sometimes that’s when you NEED the app, at the last minute!

Bought full fair ticket on Egyptian air because this app inaccurately claimed flight was oversold. In fact flight was barely half full on 737-800. Just download staff traveler.

Highly recommended this app for anyone who is always on the move especially staff traveler. This app will provide you everything that you need to know. From Nonrev Flights Details, flight loads and international flights status from the comfort of your home.

Long time airline commuter. Used to love the app, but I’m past months I have been asked monthly to reenroll (at $30, but even when I did I was kicked out weeks later!), as well as not been able to log in. Have attempted to contact company repeatedly with no response... at this point highly recommend other services!

This saves countless hours of hide and seek. After not getting on 3 flts in Lisbon I learned my lesson. This app is a stress reliever and pays for itself on your first NonRev trip.

Works great. At first I was a little doubtful about not seeing the exact loads, so I would also ask friends on other airlines just to be sure. So far this app has not let me down and quite often I don’t bother to check elsewhere anymore. Just show up for the flight and get on the plane. I don’t know what their formula is but it works!

I know, it does require to pay an annual fee if you want to view most -if not all- airports. But it's really a good companion for those non-revs to get a good idea of what aircraft to jump in, especially if you're stuck somewhere.

So, not sure why this app keeps going downhill. At best, it gives you a great tool for quick flight searches. At worst, it doesn't work and you have to do everything through ID90Travel. Definitely not worth paying money for it. If it was reliable, I'd be a subscriber as long as I NonRev. But at this point, is rather have my money back.
