【Boxing Beats 課程】
戴起拳擊手套，選好你的沙包，讓拳擊打出節奏，可以提高爆發力、協調性、燃脂、心肺的訓練等等。

【Power Yoga 課程】
流動瑜珈為根基加上肌力的訓練，增加關節活動度的開展，課程中會帶入些許的心肺訓練，達到全身性訓練。

【Dance Workout課程】
有氧課程同時搭配嘻哈音樂，運用時下流行街舞的舞步，達到全身運動的效果，尤其心肺，協調，核心等等，非常適合沒有基礎的同學一起動。

【Aerial Yoga 空中瑜伽】
運用懸掛的掛布輔助訓練，在動作上結合音樂達成暖身與在掛布上進行簡單的懸吊式動作訓練，幫助提升協調感與核心訓練等等，加上老師的引導完成一步一步的動作美感姿勢。
