The app is very well thought out and beautifully designed. I like the GTA style of gamification, but I find it wild I can’t pick what habits I want to work on. They are predetermined for you and things I don’t need help with. Hopefully custom habits is added at some point.

Totally get where you're coming from on custom habits. We're actually working on adding that flexibility in an upcoming update.
The current system uses 8 core habits (wake up early, water, meditation, reduce screen time, running, cold showers, workout, reading) plus 2 optional ones you can pick (journaling, pushups, situps, studying, etc). The reason we built it this way initially is that these habits are science-backed fundamentals that compound together, like cold showers improve discipline for workouts, reduced screen time helps with meditation quality, etc.
The plan also personalizes which tasks are active on which days and adjusts intensity throughout the 10 weeks based on progressive overload. So even though the habits are predetermined, the frequency and difficulty are tailored to where you're starting from.
That said, we hear you! Everyone's priorities are different and custom habits make total sense. We're on it and they'll surely arrive in a future update.
