In addition, the rewards are real and I meet criteria quickly to get a new gift card. Now everyone at work is in my Step Fam as we keep each other accountable. I redeemed points for a gift card that never arrived. I submitted multiple support tickets through the official in-app support form and received confirmation emails with ticket numbers. Weeks later, Noom Vibe told me they had no record of my previous support requests. I even submitted a new ticket as a test, immediately received another confirmation and ticket number, and they still refused to explain the discrepancy or investigate. Instead, they closed the case. Eventually I received the gift card, but the support process was frustrating and unreliable.
