I love it for the updates on my appointment. And it’s simple user interface is great. This is the best patient portal I have ever used and I’m about 54 years old. The website is no better. When you try to review your medical records, it says to review in browser. When I do that, it just spins and never opens. It would be nice to get an update to make the app actually work. At least, until about Monday, October 16. Now this app won’t let me login. It reports failure. And the website doesn’t recognize 1Password, so double fail. I noticed here in the App Store the last version was March of 2023 but the owners website is regularly updated. Maybe they abandoned the app, even though the website doesn’t mention it (actually highlights its greatness for patients). Very disappointing because my hematologist uses this and now I can’t log in. It’s useless amd they switched their entire system to it. I can’t imagine how the Cancer Patients they serve feel (my hemo is part of a cancer institute). ### 1/5 — App inaccessible *2023-07-24, version 8.1.1* My issue is the same as jkbabbler on Mar 10.
