I have been trying to cancel but this app does not make it easy.  I have tried to contact a coach but has not gotten back to me.  I cancelled the program on my app and also sent an email.  Let’s hope this works !!!

I like the idea of this but the videos are glitchy and backwards. It’s frustrating to pay for something and not have it work. The person who called me re: the Protocol review was pushy. I didn’t want the supplements. It seemed that was the entire premise of the call. 
I had high hopes this would help with my ankle swelling. It might if I can stick with it through the frustration.

They pull you in with a small fee. And even if you cancel, they keep your subscription going and charge you $119 a month.

They make it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel your subscription to their app. Their customer service is never available. When you try to manage your subscription they force you to do a live chat but the wait is always ‘longer than normal’. When you email they want you to call. When you call no one is available. STAY AWAY! NEVER join an app through Instagram because they screw you.

In was looking for help. I had a hard time logging into the app. 
Once I was I. It worked for a day then it stopped. Kept loading ! 
I called the main line and they could do nothing and the technicians don’t work on weekends. I was out of the app. For three days. 
Don’t waste your money!!!!
