It’s frustrating to pay for something and not have it work. The person who called me re: the Protocol review was pushy. I didn’t want the supplements. It seemed that was the entire premise of the call. I had high hopes this would help with my ankle swelling. It might if I can stick with it through the frustration. ### 1/5 — Watch the 7 day trial *2025-08-08, version 2.1.4* Tried to cancel the day before the seventh day trial ended could not get through to customer service. Started with their live chat at 2:30 with a cancel request said that customer service was busier than usual. I then sent a cancel request email at 2:53. Tried live chat again around 6. When I had a chance I called today and got the runaround to cancel would not give me a credit back because they responded at 9:11 at night even though I simply wanted to cancel and put cancel for different times. Watch the seven day trial it’s a trap and customer service is not customer service oriented. I will never use anything by this company ever again. You need to reach out support (chat bot) and wait for an answer from customer service. I have installed it and uninstalled it many times. Turn my cell on and off. I honestly don't know what else to do. I’ve been trying to cancel, there is no option via the app. Emails go unanswered, or tell you to call. Every bot and human identifies as a personal health expert, but then say you need to speak to a personal health expert to cancel. The only such person with the power to cancel the subscription is conveniently never available. There is no one to contact to cancel your subscription as inspired by bots. The next day not only was my subscription not cancelled but I was billed for another 1week trial period. I requested again they cancel my subscription and reimburse me as I didn’t request another week trial period. Haven’t heard anything back…. A very frustrated and disappointed potential customer…. ### 1/5 — Terrible and misleading subscription management *2025-07-04, version 2.1.3* It was incredibly difficult to find how to cancel and manage my subscription. I went into the “subscription management” option in the App (which seemed the obvious place to look!) but this only took me to an AI chat box so it was terribly misleading. I couldn’t find anywhere in the App any details of my subscription or how to manage. When I emailed support, I was met with more AI responses. When asked to speak with a human, I was ignored. It was only through the offer of a automated and complementary 15 protocol support phone call that I was finally able to speak with a human - after 30 minutes of being on the phone to them, I finally got confirmation that my subscription was cancelled (although I had to ask for this confirmation to be sent to me several times!). Absolutely terrible and highly untrustworthy. Very disappointing. ### 1/5 — Customer Service *2025-07-01, version 2.1.3* I was charged twice the amount they listed in my receipt two months in a row. I attempted to cancel but there was 0 response for over a week. It is impossible to get ahold of anybody at all or even find certain info on the account. I believe this may be a scam. Also horrific time getting a refund. So after realising there was no option to cancel in the app I emailed the support address. They confirmed that my subscription had been cancelled but a few weeks later I received an email to tell me that my subscription was about to renew. Ive never known another app make it so difficult to cancel and it’s super annoying when even through the channels that they provide they can’t carry out a simple request. Wish id never bothered. I’m very enthusiastic to look at this program - I wasn’t pushed into some lavish expense or commitment, I was just given information.
