The dietitians don't display their credentials anywhere in the app, so there's no way to verify you're working with an actual licensed professional. On top of that, the only personalized advice I received was to follow the plate method, something you can find for free on any government health website. If you're looking for personalized nutrition guidance, this app doesn't deliver that.

**Developer response:** Hi, thanks for your feedback. We’re sorry your experience didn’t meet expectations. All Nootric dietitians are licensed and registered professionals, and after your message to our support team we shared the registration number of our Head of Nutrition, Dra. Martorell.
The chat with our nutritionists is completely personalized, and users can speak directly with their dietitian to ask questions, request alternatives, and adapt recommendations to their preferences and goals. If the plate method didn’t work for you, your nutritionist could have suggested many other options. In addition, the app also includes extra guides and challenges with different approaches and tools.
