I cannot believe the simplicity yet effectiveness of the app. I didn’t have to put much effort into creating my profile at all, and the app immediately went into action. I received daily reminders and encouraging messages to stay on track. It is a great way to help keep cravings at bay if you are on a path to a healthier lifestyle!

### 5/5 — 46 days without fast food

*2026-09-07*

I’ve tried quitting fast food so many times, but this is the first thing that actually helped me stick with it. I’m now 46 days without fast food, which honestly feels crazy for me. The radar and craving tools are especially helpful because they catch me right when I’m most likely to give in. Seeing my streak grow also makes me not want to break it. Really happy I found this app.
