## What is NoPlex?

Ditch the to-do lists and stop chasing “productivity.”

NoPlex helps you manage life’s chaos with clarity and compassion — so you can create the space for the life you actually want to live. Built for ADHD and anxiety, crafted for anyone ready to make organization feel natural again.

Because life isn’t linear — and your tools shouldn’t be either.
Manage your tasks, notes, routines, and responsibilities in a way that finally makes sense for the way you think.

Chaos Management
Never miss a due date, deadline, or commitment again with a clutter-proof to-do list that feels like magic. Get reminded when tasks are due and effortlessly view, manage, and shed all the pesky tasks that stick around after they’re no longer relevant.

Experience True Focus.
Step into your Horizon, a distraction-free space that only shows what matters TODAY. NoPlex is your ADHD-friendly focus app, separating where you plan from where you act — so your attention stays on the present, not the pile. Manage daily goals, complete tasks, and end each day with calm clarity.

Don't Do It Alone.
Experience accountability and collaboration finally done right. With a single tap, add a Supporter (whether a partner, family member, friend, behavioral health professional, or your pet's psychic — we don't judge) to follow along with any Task and ""tag them in"" when needed. With NoPlex, parents help their children manage school assignments; Partners divide and conquer weekend chores; Adult children of aging parents ensure that their loved ones are keeping up with their daily medication.

Stay Connected, Always (would only include in iOS)
For those who easily forget apps exist once they’re out of sight — meet Chaos View, your ADHD-friendly Live Activity screen.
Your Horizon tasks and reminders stay visible right on your lock screen, so what matters most never fades away.
Never dig around to jump back into an app or add a task — with a single tap, you’re right back in. Everything a tap away, always in view — never in the way.

Your Life. Just Easier.
With unprecedented power to automate and schedule life’s many complex moments, staying on top of things just became effortless.
Whether it’s taking daily meds, packing for a trip, renewing your car registration, checking in on personal goals, or handling your monthly whatever-it-is-that-you-do-monthly, Routines empower you to automate recurring tasks and responsibilities — so life runs smoother, even when your brain doesn’t want to.

Progress That Sticks
Momentum matters more than perfection. Each day you complete at least one task, your streak grows — a simple, motivating reminder that progress is built one small win at a time. Whether you’re on a roll or starting fresh, Streaks act as a gentle habit tracker, turning consistency into confidence.

Better Habits with Tailored Insights
Understand your patterns with summaries and personalized tips. Every week NoPlex analyzes your created, completed and missed tasks, providing clear summaries and actionable recommendations to help you build better habits and stay on track.

Every Detail, Every Possibility
You don’t have to start from scratch. Explore a growing library of ready-made tasks and smart suggestions to spark ideas and help you take action faster — from daily routines to long-term goals and all the little things that are easy to forget. NoPlex keeps inspiration one tap away so planning never becomes another chore.

Being an adult is hard. NoPlex makes it a little easier. Reimagine productivity through Chaos Management — and finally build the life you want to live.

### 3/5 — Creepy Avitar

*2026-08-09, version 1.0.86*

This app seems nice enough but the little avatar used in the app and in the icon is a creepy odd eye ball with a bunch of other eye balls on it. It's kinda creepy and gross. Ultimately I didn't like looking at it and deleted the app without even using it very much because I don't want to look at the avatar anymore.

### 1/5 — An anxiety app that causes anxiety

*2026-08-02, version 1.0.86*

NoPlex has great features. It also has globs/masses of eyeballs to jump-scare you throughout the web page/app and mobile app.

I reached out to them. They said that users have complained. But they “love their mascot”.

Their planned fix is a neutral app icon, but what about the globs of eyeballs waiting inside the app?

It makes you wonder about their supposed mission if this simple thing is the hill they want to die on.

Good luck choosing a mascot over the sensitive population you claim to want to serve.

Getting an app developed & launched with enough users is hard enough. You’d think they’d want to reduce user friction as much as possible. But I guess not.

### 1/5 — They lock a bunch of stuff behind an extremely expensive subscription

*2026-06-22, version 1.0.84*

Pretty worthless

### 1/5 — Click Bait

*2026-05-28, version 1.0.77*

I should have realized that this was a horrible app. They make it look great as it’s free to download but then after the initial Feature screens, it hits you with the price but wait, there’s a 1 week trial. Thanks but no thanks.
Use iOS Notes instead.

### 1/5 — Terrible App

*2026-03-30, version 1.0.67*

The first thing they say is that the app will remind you before charging your card for the subscription. Well that doesn’t happen. Don’t trust this app.

### 5/5 — Loving the app

*2026-02-17, version 1.0.63*

I’m loving g the app so far but I’m having t trouble using all of the features. What are the best ways to use the ai within the app ? Also how do I get it to integrate with my calendar ?

### 5/5 — The ADHD app I have been looking for!

*2026-01-22, version 1.0.60*

So I love this - this is exactly what I need for my brain. I am a 24 yo female that struggles with a lot with organization / forgetfulness / getting overwhelmed by lots of mental to dos / case management. Currently I use google tasks which works but has draw backs. This app takes care of those. I really like that on this app you can add categories for things but still have a “horizon” so you know it’s something to do today. I love that it sends reminders / has due dates / can create routines. I really like the “Task Factory” because I struggle SO MUCH breaking down a big task into more manageable items. Google tasks lacks effective subtasks use so I love that a routine subitem gets added to the Horizon automatically with a due date. Also I really appreciate the task list on my Home Screen. I actually have my phone in “dumb mode” because I get too distracted so having a task list right in the Home Screen is great for my “first see first do” brain. Overall this app is amazing!!! My recommendations for improvements: being able to customize the Home Screen thing would be fun because pretty colors. And maybe being able to integrate or add items to google calendar would be nice. I am getting the subscription to keep it running :) ps- Yall need some adhd programmers???

### 5/5 — Asana for my personal life

*2025-11-21, version 1.0.50*

So glad this came along since my wife and I couldn’t agree on a shared app to help
Coordinate the million activities. NoPlex has literally saved our marriage.

### 3/5 — No widgets crazy

*2025-10-06, version 1.0.42*

Needs widgets so I can be more productive with Smart Stack on home screen

### 5/5 — So helpful!!

*2025-06-01, version 1.0.33*

I am not sure how I stumbled across this app, I am so happy I did. I struggle every day to just keep everything to together and sort of half use a bunch of strategies to stay on course. No plex really puts everything on one place and is built for someone with a brain like mine..
