Aber eine Sache fänd ich sinnvoll, nämlich wenn man genaue Standortangaben von mehreren Orten schon einmal vorab speichern kann, also von Orten, wo man sich oft aufhält. Das Ganze mit Post-ID usw. war mir für so eine App zu aufwendig, also gelöscht. Jetzt wesentlich einfachere Registrierung! Die Registrierung funktionierte problemlos (Rückruf). Die Bedienung und alles weitere ist sehr gut erklärt. Beim Absetzen eines Notrufs werden alle Punkte systematisch abgefragt. Das ist eine gute Unterstützung und ermöglicht eine schnelle und gezielte Hilfe. Ich hoffe trotzdem, dass ich nie in die Situation komme, in der ich einen Notruf tätigen muss. Die schwierige Erreichbarkeit der Notrufzentrale in einigen Gegenden ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. Die Alternative eines Anrufs ist ja immer gegeben. Ich bin allerdings nur durch Zufall darauf gestoßen, und auch in meinem Umfeld kannte bislang niemand diese App. Vielleicht wäre ein wenig Eigenwerbung sinnvoll, z. B. durch kurze Einblendungen vor und nach den Nachrichten im ÖRR? Ansonsten: Bitte auf Apple Watch portieren und ein Widget anbieten. Wenn man beispielsweise den Notruf anrufen möchte, dann sollte man dies über diese App erledigen. In diesem Fall wird der Standort exakt übermittelt und man kann noch viele weitere Hinweise über die App übermitteln. Die Registrierung dauert circa 30 Sekunden mittels Postident Verfahren. Der Begriff Postident ist leider sehr veraltet. Tatsächlich legt man einfach seinen Personalausweis auf die Oberseite des iPhones und gibt seine PIN ein. Jeder möchte im Notfall Hilfe erhalten, und jeder kann unerwartet in eine medizinisch kritische Situation geraten. Die Identifizierung über ein Post-Ident-Verfahren dient ausschließlich dazu, den Missbrauch von Notrufen zu verhindern – ein Missbrauch, der leider vorkommt, den ich jedoch ebenfalls nicht verstehen kann. Vielen Dank an alle, die an der Entwicklung dieser App beteiligt waren. Vor wenigen Tagen musste ich sie nutzen und konnte als Beifahrer problemlos den Notfallstandort angeben, alle notwendigen Informationen übermitteln und anschließend bis zum Eintreffen der Rettungskräfte mit der Leitstelle chatten. Dabei konnten auch Rückfragen, wie etwa ob eine Tür aufgebrochen werden muss, direkt geklärt werden. Wir waren ebenfalls auf dem Weg zum Einsatzort und mein Live-Standort war währenddessen jederzeit sichtbar.
