## What is Noralia?

Your cycle is nobody's business but yours.

Hi, I'm Noralia - a period and cycle tracker that runs entirely on your
phone. I help you get to know your body, one cycle at a time, and everything
you tell me stays right here. No account. No cloud. No ads. Nothing sold,
ever.

"WHEN IS IT COMING?"
Tap once when your period starts, and I'll show you when the next one is
likely - three months ahead, free. If your cycles are still settling, or your
body is going through something, I say "around" instead of inventing a date.
I'd rather be honest than precise.

"IS IT NORMAL THAT I FEEL LIKE THIS?"
Log symptoms, mood, energy, sleep, skin or digestion in a few taps - that
part is free, always. With Premium I read your history back to you: "In 4 of 5
cycles you logged cramps at the start of your period." Your own patterns,
reflected - so the week you always feel awful stops catching you by surprise.

"WILL I REMEMBER ANY OF THIS AT THE DOCTOR'S?"
You won't have to. Every day you log stays in your calendar, notes and all,
and Premium turns your cycles and symptoms into a PDF you can hand over.

"WHO ELSE CAN SEE THIS?"
Nobody. Your entries live in an encrypted database on your phone, behind a PIN
or your fingerprint if you want. There's no account to break into and no
server holding your data. Automatic backups are encrypted with a backup PIN
only you know. Take everything with you as a file whenever you like, or delete
all of it in one go - no questions asked.

"WHERE I AM NOW ISN'T WHERE I WAS"
Tell me whether you're just getting to know your cycle, have tracked it for
years, or want the whole picture - I show more or less accordingly, and you
can change your mind whenever. Trying to conceive? I'll bring your fertile
days forward. On hormonal contraception? I stop showing ovulation estimates
that wouldn't mean anything - and tell you why.

REMINDERS WORTH LEAVING ON
Your pill, patch, ring or IUD at the time you pick. A quiet word when your
period is late. A nudge to pack what you need before you travel. Nothing that
nags.
