のらざあに乗りたくて予約を試みるが空いている時間がいつもない。前後の時間を再検索するも空きがない。ではいつなら空きがあるのか？と調べたいのにいちいち入力して１回１回調べなければならない。とても手間がかかる。
予約可能時間を一覧表で見てわかる〇や△、‪✕‬等で表示して貰えないか？
本当に使いづらいアプリです。強く改善を求めます！

指定した場所と時間だと空きがないといわれ、前後の時間をいれても同様。
何度も最初からやりなおし。
せめて候補を提示ほしい。

確かに通勤通学ラッシュの時間帯だと思いますが、こんなに空きがないなら便数増やすか、車を大きくするべき。

アプリはわかりにくい、やりにくい、どこの会社ですかこの開発会社。
コールセンターの対応窓口の人もイライラしすぎ。

バスを廃止したのなら、バスと同じくらいの利便性は確保すべき。税金を適切に使ってください！！

毎年荷物制限が変わるせいで予約して待機していたのにも関わらず、乗ることができなかった。
バスの本数を2,3時間に一本にする代替え案が、こんな酷いものだとは思わなかったです。
もっと改善するべきだ。

こんなアプリに税金使ってるのかと思うと腹が立つ。開発した会社はこれで代金貰ってるのか。システムの階層が悪いので、スムーズに予約出来ない。日程、時間、行先と順番関係なく入力出来るのが当たり前では？予約が取れないから入力内容を変更しようと思うと、全て最初からやり直し。

やっと予約取れて、降車場所を駅西口と東口を間違えたことに気が付き、変更しようと思ってもキャンセルしてから再予約になる。予約が取れる保証はないので、怖すぎて実質変更出来ない。電話で問い合わせても変更できませんでした。

オンデマンドで乗り合いなのだから、車両が運行しているルートや時間に合わせて予約を取れなきゃおかしい。ひたすら時間を入力してみないと、どの時間なら取れるのかもわからない。この時間なら、ここからここまでなら乗れますよという候補がないことには、乗り合いの意味がない。本当に乗り合いとして使えてます？

乗車場所もアプリ開くたびにコロコロ変わるし、結局5分前になってドライバーから電話が来て、指定された場所に行くハメになった。出る直前で支度に忙しいのに、通話対応する余裕無いんですけど！朝一の車両で目的地まで他に乗客もいなかったので、他の乗り合い客の都合でもない。これじゃぁドライバーも客も仕事増えるだけで、アプリの意味ないです。これがＡＩオンデマンドって。。。。

5分も遅れていないのに、「来るのが遅すぎるからもうキャンセルしちゃったので乗れません歩いてください」と言われ乗せてもらえませんでした。もう使いません。

旅先で移動したい場所を(茅野駅→イオン)結ぶバスが廃線になったということでこちらのアプリを使用したかった(予定だった)。ただ使いたい時には手配できず2時間後に配車とか....はっきり言って使えないアプリで速攻消しました。結果歩いた方が早い。乗り合わせを探すような表示になります。他にお客がいなければ手配しない。しかも3キロ以内の場所に移動して手配しようとしたが、300円ではなく500円表示でした。 お客さん優先ではなく自分たちの利益優先のアプリですね。街全体でこのレベルであれば使う人はいないと思います。。。。

大体からして実績を作りたいがためにバス15路線も廃止したり直通にしたりすること自体おかしいです！
バスの方が安かった所もあるし、ほぼ時間通りで便利だったのに…

それに通知がメチャクチャです。
３０分前と５分前が来れば良いほう。
昨日は３０分の通知が来て２０分経つか経たないかくらいに「指定場所に着きました」という通知が来て焦りました。

５分前 と着きました が同時に来る時もあります。
非常に困ります！
せめて５分前だけはしっかり通知してほしいです。

せっかくアプリも作ったならアプリ内通知で『時間通知』もあれば良いのに…

１つだけ良いことといえば
バスの時間より早く行きたい時や遅く行きたい時は便利なくらいです。
