Брала премиум для пробы на год. За год приложением не пользовалась особо. Подписку вроде как отменила - в настройках была возможность снова сделать премиум. Приложение удалила. Недавно снова сняли деньги за премиум еще на год. При этом в настройках также есть возможность восстановить премиум доступ. Ввожу почту - ничего не происходит. Хочу написать в поддержку - кнопка Напишите нам» не активна. Деньги не вернуть и видимо через годок опять будет списание.  Мне что из-за вас карту менять что ли?!

Ужасное приложение!Списывают деньги за якобы подписку,но подписки у меня нет,я её год назад отключила.Обманывают людей.

Не скачивайте. Платная подписка продлятся без предупреждения и отменить ее нельзя !!! Эта подписка не отображается ни в Apple id, ни в информации о том, куда привязана карта, приложении банка.

Ужасно, списали деньги без предупреждения, хотя я не планировала продолжать использовать после тестового периода. Один день всего пользовалась и мне не зашло, как отключить этот грабеж - нигде не написано. Написала в поддержку - тишина.
