### 1/5 — Arnaque/ Scam/ NOPE!

J’ai effectué un paiement unique. Pourtant, le mois suivant, j’ai été débité d’un montant quatre fois plus élevé, sans que cela soit prévu ni indiqué comme un abonnement. Il ne figurait d’ailleurs nulle part dans mes abonnements. C’est une arnaque. Laissons tomber. L’application est mal conçue. Les exercices n’ont pas de guidage vocal, ce qui oblige à regarder constamment l’écran pour suivre les mouvements. C’est perturbant et cela nuit à l’expérience. Je suis très déçue.

I made a one-time payment. However, the following month, I was charged four times that amount without any prior notice or indication that it was a subscription. It did not appear anywhere in my subscriptions. This is a scam. Forget it. The app is poorly designed. The exercises have no voice guidance, so you have to keep looking at the screen to follow along. It’s distracting and takes away from the overall experience. Highly disappointed.

Please be aware on unauthorized subscription from this merchant!!!! I placed an order for about 20 euro for a 4 week plan, and then has been charged twice for more then 100$ for a “4 week plan subscription” which I have not been aware of. No emails, no charges confirmations! No reply from customer service! Do not try this service!!!!

I purchased the trial and cancelled but was charged $153 at the next subscription cycle. They refuse to reverse the unauthorised charge. I have to report them to my bank now and change my credit card.

Like other reviews state, there is no audio. I followed the instructions to cancel my subscription by sending an email to request cancellation. I received a response confirming my cancellation. Over a month later I get a call from my credit card company flagging a charge from a company I never heard of. Otherwise known as Nord Pilates. Even after cancellation, they tried to charge my credit card. That was declined so they tried to send another charge through a different name. Luckily credit card companies are smart and flag these.

When I attempted to locate the renewal details, they were difficult to find and not readily accessible. Based on the information presented during the purchase process, I reasonably believed I was signing up for a 4-week trial plan at the advertised price. I expected that, at the end of those four weeks, I would be given the opportunity to choose whether to continue with a monthly or full subscription. Instead, I received no reminder, notification, or confirmation before more than $100 was charged to my account.

When I contacted Nords customer support, I was simply told they could “confirm the details of the subscription,” but no meaningful explanation or assistance was provided. My concerns about the lack of transparency were not addressed.

In addition to the confusing subscription process, the quality of the program itself fell far short of what I reasonably expected for a service costing more than $100 per month. The workouts provided no audio guidance whatsoever. I was forced to count the intervals myself and repeatedly interrupt my workout to check when I was supposed to change exercises. There were no verbal instructions explaining proper technique, common mistakes to avoid, or how to perform the exercises effectively. These are basic features I would expect from a premium fitness application.

Had the renewal terms been clearly disclosed and had the program met the quality one would reasonably expect at this price point, I would not be requesting a refund.

Thought I’d subscribed for a one off introduction plan only to be charged nearly £80 four weeks later. 

This charge and ongoing subscription was not clear on sign up so will have to reclaim via charge back via my bank. Very sneaky and not cool. 

Subscription does not appear within App Store subscriptions either so very hard to spot. You can only find via the ‘Manage Subscriptions’ link in the website footer.
