However, the app reset back to day 1 - twice - within a 9 day period. I asked for a cancellation and refund due to the issues because they wouldn’t extend my access time to account for the resets. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to be able to get my money back. **Developer response:** We’re sorry for the trouble, especially with your progress resetting. After a week I unsubscribed and shortly after received an email confirming ‘my Book was being deleted’. I have just discovered that more than $400 has been direct debited from my bank. No email no receipt just insidiously debited for a period of 3 months. I have contacted Nord only to be informed there is nothing they can do. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!!! The messaging is misleading, unsubscribing is difficult. Not happy. Very discussed. Nic :( **Developer response:** We’re sorry for your frustration. But the renewal price suddenly jumped to $145, nearly triple the original cost, and they gave absolutely no warning, no reminder, nothing. It feels intentionally deceptive. If you sign up on their website and use the app, you won’t see any subscription info in the App Store, and you won’t get a single email about upcoming charges. They just quietly hit your card and hope you don’t notice. Their customer service is basically a scripted robot that refuses to help, refuses to listen, and refuses to refund. The whole system feels designed to trap users, not serve them. Truly one of the most unreliable and misleading services I’ve dealt with. ### 1/5 — The app doesn't open *2026-04-24* Paid but didn't open **Developer response:** Sorry, the app won't open. You end up paying $105 per month. Do not recommend!!! ### 1/5 — Beware *2026-03-19* Don’t make this purchase. You think you’re just signing up for an introductory challenge and then they charge you $105 and refuse to refund you. It’s very misleading and totally unethical. I paid 15 for first month then it went up to 90£ !!!!!! Per month . For what !!! Terrible over inflation . It is not even a very good app no video demonstrations just instructions then they charge 90£ a month which Is criminal For such a basic app and not in line with most other fitness apps absolute con . Please email help@nord.yoga with your account info so we can review your case and help resolve this. ### 1/5 — SCAM - DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. *2026-02-02, version 2.4.3* I bought a 12 week course after it was advertised on Facebook for around $20. 12 weeks later they took $220 from my Paypal and are refusing to refund it despite the fact they did not warn me it was being taken and I immediately told them it was a mistake. On top of that, the app just wasn’t very good, I had barely used it and I even wrote to their customer service to tell them why. There is no audio description on the videos, so you have to click out of the timed exercise to read a description of what you need to do, and then click back to the time video by which time you’ve already done the exercise for a while. It's just frustrating and it doesn't really work.There are better face yoga apps out there - I just bought this as it popped up and seemed ok priced for a try out. I am obviously regretting that now, nothing about this app is worth $250!! ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-01-21* This is a scam. I signed up for a 4 week plan and received no info about ongoing subscription or charges then got automatically charged at 4 times what I paid without warning or info about what I was paying for or any plan. No details anywhere in the app showed any ongoing plan or cost so could not see what I would be charged or when which was clearly intentional. When I questioned this they refused to refund. All responses to my queries came from a bot and did not address my issues at all. They only want your money. This is a terrible app. I thought I had signed up for a free trial only to be charged £15.80. Then 4 weeks later £79 came off my account without my knowledge. It didn’t feel like a chore, but a time for me to take care of my skin and face. It’s super easy to use and know where you are in your plan.
