Sen pitäisi olla päällä koko ajan, koska puhelin on itse lukittuna aina. Nyt en onnistu menemään tilille ja maksamaan laskua, kun ei muut toiminnot TOIMI. I am going in circles trying to follow instructions but without access to have a QR code on the screen in my old device. This is after restarting the app a few times. The app stopped to function properly and recommended reactivation via snail mail for banking codes. As a result, I'm locked out of accessing my own bank account, which is a major inconvenience. The lack of timely and efficient user support (they work only during daytime) adds to the overall inconvenience.
