Det är fel. Punkt används på engelska medan det riktiga i både finska och svenska är komma! Leder dessutom lätt till fel, överförde just 7 000€ istället för 70. Sen päivityksen aiheuttama kolmen viikon sotku oli hermoja repivä ja osoitti, että palvelu sopii huonosti ulkosuomalaisille. Samalla ilmeni, etten itse Nordean sivulleni tekemäni puhelinnumeron muutos ei ollut riittävä vaan numeron vaihdoskin piti tehdä virkailijan toimesta. Tätä tietoa ei ole missään kerrottu. Itse Nordea apps on kätevä käyttää ja huomattavasti parempi kuin nettisivut. Olisi toivottavaa, että lisäisittehelpon tavan tavoittaa ”oma virkailija” puhelimitse. Olen joutunut jonottamaan pahimmillaan jopa reilut puoli tuntia ennenkuin kukaan vastasi ja vielä toisen mokoman hyvin osaamattomien henkilöiden kanssa, jotka toistavat kuin nauhoitteet samoja lauseita kuulematta mitä asiakas haluaa ja tarvitsee. Olen ranskalaisen pankin asiakas ja tarvittaessa pyydän verkkosivun kautta luottohenkilöäni soittamaan minulle ja hän auttaa asiantuntevasti kaikissa asioissa. I can do more easier with my Nordea app than any other banking app I use. I almost never have to access the bank using a computer.
