I downloaded the app and just browsed without accepting only to find a large charge on my credit card. I’ve paid them over $300 without realizing it. They offered no reimbursements and I’m now stuck with a stupid app that’s useless (why I didn’t stick with it after trial). ### 1/5 — Scam! I was charged $105 without being notified and when I contacted the help desk all they could say is sorry and basically telling me I will not get a refund. Le plan complet n’apparaît pas à l’achat ce qui induit en erreur sur ce qu’on a acheté. Pas d’information par mail préalable au renouvellement. Vous êtes donc débité sans information et sans moyen de se désengager avant le paiement. Une fois paye, aucune possibilité de se faire rembourser. C’est de la vente forcée. And of course they make it very difficult, complicated and opaque to monitor your account and cancel. In short, everything that is wrong with these social media driven apps. Everyone involved with this endeavor should feel deep shame or, more likely, has none to begin with. ### 3/5 — Literally stole $105 *2026-07-02, version 1.10.11* Unreal—I bought ONE 4-week program and they subsequently charged me $105 the next month with no warning nor receipt for the unauthorized purchase! Don’t get involved with them. ### 1/5 — Felt scammed *2026-06-30, version 1.10.11* I tried this from an online promotion and then without any warning or ability to cancel in app, I was charged for a full year. Customer service was unhelpful and said that the charge was nonreversible but that I had access for the next year. However, when I try to login, my password doesn’t work and the every reset email results in an error message. ### 1/5 — Subscription can’t be cancelled *2026-06-29, version 1.10.11* Yet another app that screws you over with a commitment to subscribe that you don’t know about and can’t cancel and then they refuse to refund you. ### 1/5 — Subscriber beware! $219.99 USD charged to my account after I cancelled the app. *2026-06-27, version 1.10.11* $325 CAD FOR ONE APP?! It’s gotta be able to a lot for that much money (Spoiler Alert: it didn’t do anything for me, aside from upping my cortisol count when I saw the charge). I cancelled my subscription ->with a confirmation email from the company (which uses different names) and was still charged $325, three months later. I will let you know here, if they do the right thing and refund me, or not. ### 1/5 — They charged me after cancellation and refused to refund. *2026-06-24, version 1.10.11* I requested cancellation of my subscription on 6/17. They confirmed cancellation on the same day. 6 days later, I got charged $99. I reached out assuming it was a mistake and asked for a refund. They told me they had only canceled part of the subscription and that they were unable to refund the amount charged. Do not sign up for this app or give them your credit card info. They will continue charging it after you try to cancel and they will not refund the charges. ### 1/5 — Abo falle *2026-06-22* Wie hier schon viele andere geschrieben haben absolute abzocke man bucht einen Günstigen 4 Wochenplan und ist automatisch in einem Abo drin was absolut nicht ersichtlich ist. Man merkt es erst wenn nach 4 Woche unverschämte 92 Euro abgebucht werden. Der Support kommt einem auch nicht entgegen und behauptet das das alles ersichtlich war. I immediately canceled any future changes, and contacted the assistance for a refund. I never use your app, so of course I do not intend to subscribe to it. The Junior Support Specialist proved not able to handle this simple refund, which is sure a technical error (not my intention, as I said). She stonewalled me with "all sales are final", and said she can't solve the issue. I asked to escalate to someone with more seniority and the ability to handle this mistake. Or is this their business model? ### 1/5 — Early Renewal *2026-08-13, version 1.11.0* Mon renouvellement était prévu le 4 août cependant Nordletics a soumis la transaction de paiement le 31 juillet. Selon mon agenda j’avais prévu annuler ma souscription le 1er août. La transaction a été refusé par ma compagnie de carte de credit ce qui m’a permis d’annuler mon abonnement avant la date effective du renouvellement. Selon moi, prendre un paiement avant la date officielle du renouvellement est similaire à de la fraude. ### 1/5 — Nothing about fascia release. Personal coach is a joke. *2026-08-12, version 1.11.0* I signed up for this program because of its advertisements about foal release. However, there has been nothing in my personal plan exercises that have anything to do with foster release. They are just basic strength and mobility exercises. I paid extra to get a personal coach, and she basically suggested a whole different set of exercise exercises than what I had paid for with the plan. She also knew nothing about the supposed personal plan that I paid for. Very frustrating, and a waste of money. The exercises are no different than what I could’ve gotten off of YouTube. ### 1/5 — Bait and switch *2026-08-06* Beware. This is a classic bait and switch scheme. I purchased access to this app for 30 dollars. I received my “welcome” email on May 9th. There was no mention of a recurring charge. For exactly 3 days I received multiple emails trying to upsell me, then nothing, no reminders, no support. Probably because I didn’t upgrade, which was beyond my budget. Needless to say, life happened, illness happened. I didn’t even use the app beyond setting it up because there was no follow up or support. On August 3, I woke up to a charge of almost $160 dollars. No email or text warning of this. I had to find and reupload the app, and it was difficult to find where to cancel it. I was eventually able to. I sent an email to customer support explaining the situation and received what is probably an automated message with a fake name telling me there was nothing they could do, as “I truly wish I had a different answer, but I’m not able to process a refund for this charge. Under our policy for digital services, subscription renewals are final once processed, and I’m unable to override that.” I asked if there was someone else that this could be escalated to, and I basically received the same message back with a couple words changed. I scoured the app for any mention of their “non-introductory” fee was, no luck. There are many comparable apps that are a fraction of the cost of this one. At $160 for 3 months, that’s approximately $53 a month. Absolutely ridiculous. Almost twice what I pay for a gym membership with machines, pool, sauna, steam room, exercise classes, whirlpool. Furthermore, the company that owns or runs this app is not in the US, so you cannot file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. **Developer response:** We understand how upsetting this experience was. If reminders or cancellation options were unclear or you need more help, please email help@nordletics.com with your account and order details so our team can assist. ### 1/5 — Deceptive practices *2026-07-30, version 1.10.11* Be prepared to be charged 3-4 times your initial investment once the period of time you actually signed up for expires - with no notice that the charge is coming or opportunity to cancel before the charge is taken out of your account. And when you reach out to have it corrected, you basically get a “sorry not sorry” response but “we’ll go ahead and cancel your subscription for you - with no refund.” Pay with a secure source who will fight for your refund for you. ### 1/5 — Buyer Beware!!! *2026-07-28, version 1.10.11* Purchased the Nordletics app for a reasonable price, not knowing somewhere hidden in the fine print, the company supposedly tells you they will automatically charge your card without warning or notification for a hefty subscription fee of $158.94!! The company’s customer service then proceeds to tell you that they cannot give you a refund even when you cancel your subscription!!! This is fraudulent, dishonest, and extremely poor customer service!!! I am an honest individual and treat others the same honesty and respect!!! I want to WARN everyone thinking about purchasing this app so the same thing does not happen to you!!! Buyer Beware of the hidden subscription scam!!! ### 1/5 — Ohne Bestätigung einfach das Abo verlängert *2026-07-27* Meine Erfahrung mit Nordletics war leider sehr enttäuschend. Ich habe einem Angebot über 18 € zugestimmt und musste anschließend feststellen, dass über 100 € von meinem Konto abgebucht wurden. Meiner Meinung nach war nicht ausreichend ersichtlich, dass eine automatische Verlängerung zu diesem deutlich höheren Preis erfolgen würde. Ich habe den Kundenservice um eine Erklärung, die Kündigung und eine Rückerstattung gebeten. Trotz meiner Kontaktaufnahme wurde keine Rückerstattung gewährt. Ich kann nur empfehlen, vor dem Abschluss eines Abonnements sämtliche Bedingungen und insbesondere die Regelungen zur automatischen Verlängerung und den Folgekosten sorgfältig zu lesen. Aufgrund meiner persönlichen Erfahrung werde ich Nordletics nicht noch einmal nutzen und kann den Anbieter nicht weiterempfehlen. **Developer response:** Thank you for sharing your experience. When I got charged I thought this was for the year not every month. I could have joined a top class gym for less! There are many excellent free fitness apps out there so I wouldn’t recommend. ### 1/5 — Fraud *2026-07-24, version 1.10.11* I tried emailing & cancelling as I only ever accepted a 4 week plan. They ignored all communication & took another payment. Now with my Bank to deal. Stay clear, information given in the plan is not worth the initial payment never mind the continuous fraudulent behaviours ### 1/5 — Vorsicht, Abzocke mit Abo! *2026-07-12* Habe ein günstiges Angebot für 7-Tage für ca. 12€ gekauft, weil ich das mal ausprobieren wollte. Ganz bewusst habe ich alle Verlängerungen des Angebots erstmal ausgeschlagen. Die Informationen sind sehr unübersichtlich dargestellt, sodass es doch zu einem Jahresabschluss über 92,48 Euro gekommen ist.
