Been trying to do this for two days but as soon as I save, the app crashes. Love the lamp, but not the app…. ### 1/5 — Useless App so smart bulbs won’t work *2023-02-03, version 1.9.7* Bulbs look lovely but after about 2 hours managed to get them to show as connected to App. They appear on my Alexa account but nothing will make them turn on and off as smart bulbs. Clicked on bridge link and just comes up error contact customer support. I’ve always used smart bulbs and never had an issue with other manufacturers. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t connect *2022-11-26, version 1.9.7* This app is useless, the light never connects to my phone, it tells me I can update the firmware to ‘fix bugs’ but the update fails every time. When I turn on the light it flashes off and on for a few minutes with different modes of light (relax, night light etc) but won’t connect to my phone (iPhone 14) it tells me to get closer to the light when I’m standing directly underneath it. I really like the light, don’t actually need all the settings on offer.
