### 3/5 — Landscape view - Thanks!!!!

For years folks have been asking for landscape view feature when using the app on an iPad, but apparently for totally deaf ears!
Portrait/vertical view is quite OK when using the app on a phone, but super inconvenient when using it on an iPad!
It should be a fairly easy feature to add, so why is no one listening to the requests?

However, we're constantly developing our web service alongside our app, and actually on the web version you can do many things that are not yet available on the app. You can also use the web version horizontally. Have you tried it on your tablet? How do you like it? By zooming in or out in your browser you can adjust the appearance quite drastically, and also note that you can adjust the compactness of tables by clicking the gear-icon. -Henri

This app has been out for many many years but still there’s a simple feature or I’d call it a basic function lacking: landscape mode. Why is the iPad app always in portrait?

Hvad jeg først bemærkede efter at have hentet denne app til min iPad var, at man har været for doven til at lave en horisontal version!
Det er de færreste som bruger deres tablets vertikalt, iPad eller andre, og bruger man et eksternt tastatur er det stadig helt tåbeligt da de fleste covers støtter en tablet horisontalt.
Gider simpelthen ikke denne app som synes designet for en telefon og ikke en tablet!

You use this app for trading ( particularly North American stocks) and at the end Nordnet will be making more money than you.
Customer support is super slow through email and does not give any useful feedback to your problem. Phone call? Good luck, you will spend days in que

This app has received a lot great updates lately and deserves a 5-star rating. However, giving it a 4/5 due to still lacking widgets for iPhone to see return on portfolio and watchlist for stocks and funds.

Any chance you can implement a filter to search results? Things like “Rank by market cap, show Norwegian stocks only, show Swedish stocks only, show danish stocks only, rank by category (energy, healthcare, financials, etc), rank by dividend yield, ranm by P/E, rank by YTD return” those kinds of things? Would make the app just absolutely perfect. I’m already very impressed by the work Nordnet has done to its excellent app! Makes it a pleasure to use! Thank you!

It’s a great app with a horrible mobile login experience compared to other similar apps. I’m still hoping for iPhone fingerprint login or something similar rather than having to click twice before getting to type my username and password every time I open the app (as far as I know the other login alternatives don’t work for Finns). Also the app changes language from english to swedish to english during this login experience... Other than making me annoyed every time I open the app, it works great and I like it.

The UI is like from 2005. The transactions are not executed when the market opens but at who knows what time so I lose money because of them. Absolute nightmare to use. They don’t catch up with modern world requirements for trading.

I have been a customer for more than 5 years. Now I want to close my accounts and move my money it becomes impossible. 
The customer service messenger service appears to be supported by robots, that can’t answer your question. I’ve had to call internationally several times to find out what the problems are. I first lodged a message to find out why I couldn’t withdraw my money in the start of September. It’s nearly the end of November. There are better platforms that have functioning customer services. Avoid this one.

You need an account at a local bank in order to transfer money: If you're for instance a Finnish citizen, you need a bank account at a Finnish bank in order to move money. -Henri

Every time you use the app to set up an Aktiesparkonto, you cannot go into details for suggested Fonds without restarting because there is no way to go back. You can only close and have to start from the beginning. Then when you do finish it, it doesn't save it. I've tried setting it up3 times, every time I refresh it hasn't saved.

Awful service, they accept deposit and don’t let you catch out without any reason. Then user should run around support and ask why. See no point in working with service which can just steal your money

Two years after my first review, I am still waiting/hoping for the possibility of viewing the contend horizontally on a tablet, as it is often frustrating and cumbersome to be stuck with only the vertikal view.

Denne såkalte applikasjonen har så mange mangler at jeg orker ikke engang å ramse opp. Nettsiden til Nordnet er mye bedre. Applikasjonen er laget kun for reklamens skyld, en app bare for å ha en app. 

Edit: i år 2022 er applikasjonen vesentlig mye bedre. Det aller meste er nå plass. Slik den er nå ver.16.6.00, så velger jeg å øke fra 1 stjerne til 4 stjerner.

I’m sure it’s a good app but I don’t understand Swedish and to sign up it’s all in Swedish so for them to advertise it with English isn’t good. The app at the beginning is actually in English but the only part in Swedish is signing up which is pretty useless since you can’t use the app unless you sign up. No other criticism since I couldn’t even get into the app because I had to sign in. They could just add like a translate button or something.
