### 4/5 — Sleep and daily check in

*2026-08-03, version 2.2.12*

I’m enjoying keeping track on my sleep food and exercise and the extra advice.

### 5/5 — I like it

*2026-08-03, version 2.2.12*

Really enjoy the check ins. I’m finding it really helpful for staying on track and building habits.

### 5/5 — Love love love

*2026-08-01, version 2.2.12*

I am loving this app!! It has planned out consistent runs and food plans to help me work towards my fitness goals. And, surprisingly, it’s helping me work through some tough emotions! I did not expect that!!

### 5/5 — Amazing app

*2026-07-30, version 2.2.11*

Supportive app, easy to use. Simply take a picture of your food and it knows what you are eating.

### 5/5 — Love this app

*2026-07-27, version 2.2.11*

I am so impressed with this app so far. It has cued in on my weaknesses for my weight loss, and together we put together a plan. The only thing that I see wrong with it right now (I’ve only been using for a week), is even though it gives you meal recommendations, you aren’t able to see instructions in order to make them. There have been so many meals that looked delicious and fit in with my meal planning that I haven’t been able to make. Do I have to search the internet for something close which is a pain. Maybe that can be included in with one of the next updates.

### 4/5 — Syncing a little slow

*2026-07-26, version 2.2.11*

So far the app is learning info and helping me to understand my device data

### 5/5 — Wow now spelled N-O-R-I

*2026-07-22, version 2.2.9*

I’ve only been using NORI, the free version for now, about a month. Already, I am in awe. I get lots of data from Apple Health, MyFitnessPal and others, but no guidance or interpretation of the data. Nothing pulled it all together and made it mean something. That is where Nori is proving to be of immeasurable help, with measurable good outcomes!Based on 90 days of sleep data, for instance, Nori made suggestions about concrete methods to improve my sleep hygiene that, even in this short period, are already bearing good fruit. I am feeling and living the difference! Do I have concerns about sharing my health info/stats? Of course! The trade-off is I needed help now, without a lot of upfront cost. I plan on subscribing as my life situation improves, so that I can unlock even more insights and options that empower me to improve my life…one manageable step at a time. AI is a tool that can help us do that, and I appreciate the opportunity to harness that power via Nori. Friend, if you’re feeling stuck, like I was, and you’re looking for a way to transform your health data into action that drives meaningful change, I would encourage you to give Nori a test drive.

### 5/5 — Love it!

*2026-07-19, version 2.2.8*

Has been very helpful in helping me track food and manage my calorie deficit

### 5/5 — Best Side-kick Ever!!

*2026-07-13, version 2.2.6*

I’ve tried and tested a few different apps to help track my progress; that’s actually all they do is track.

Rarely do those apps give you honest feedback or analyze all your existing data from your wearables (medical charts, Fitbit, Apple Watch, etc). Nori is the side-kick that keeps it all in perspective and also offers open & honest advice that’s easily digestible.

I genuinely love the feedback and nori’s ability to foresee my health trends and sets up warnings to watch for. Nori’s chat feature; it’s genuinely responsive and addresses your concerns in real time and doesn’t feel like “canned” responses.

As this platform matures; I can’t wait to see what else it’ll deliver!

### 5/5 — So far impressive

*2026-07-11, version 2.2.6*

I'm still getting familiar with this app and exploring its features. It provides in-depth analysis of my past activities and suggests potential next steps. However, I've encountered an issue with syncing data from Garmin Connect. It way off compared to what my Garmin watch shows. Wondering if it’s still under development

### 5/5 — Bariatric Sleeve patient

*2026-07-11, version 2.2.6*

I’m in disbelief over this app. The tie ins with my oura ring and Apple Watch with my medical health records is only the start. I explained to it my surgery and it adjusted everything to the specific part of the diet I’m on. I use it to track my protein everyday and constantly ensure I’m on track. Having the information together and customized is just so good.

### 5/5 — Great and helpful app

*2026-07-11, version 2.2.6*

I love this app. I have been able to load in years of data, nutrition, lab work, etc and Nori has been an amazingly helpful partner in my goals and understanding of my health.

### 5/5 — This is awesome

*2026-07-06, version 2.2.6*

I stumbled on this app and have been really loving it. I’m self-coached and this just gives me a sounding board to help me make decisions for my next workout and what to do next. It also helps take the metrics that I get from my Garmin watch and make it so that I understand where I’m at and where I’m headed. Thanks so much. I love this. And to top it all off it’s free.

### 5/5 — Best Health App

*2026-07-02, version 2.2.5*

This is, hands down, the best health app. It takes data from your wearables and gives you suggestions based on current health status and goals. Thanks to Nori, I'm finally out of the plateau I was in for about 6-9 months. I can ask Nori anything, any number of times, and it gives me great advice. You won't regret using this app!!!

### 5/5 — I love Nori

*2026-06-28, version 2.2.4*

So much data and so little idea what to do with it. That was me. I k ew I needed better sleep. I knew I wanted to improve my HRV and body composition. I was logging meals, working out, walking 10k and there didn’t seem to be any change and I had no idea why.

Then Nori. My data comes together and has meaning. This is what AI should be doing instead of turning dogs into people and making fake fitness ads.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Consistently bad

*2026-07-28, version 2.2.11*

I’ve been trying to give this app a chance since its inception and it’s consistently bad. Syncing data takes forever which makes it essentially useless for accurate, current info. These positive reviews are for sure paid

### 1/5 — Hard to use, wont accept uploads of labs

*2026-06-18, version 2.2.2*

Strange app! Wont accept most lab uploads

### 1/5 — Means well but poor execution

*2026-02-05, version 1.1.2*

Very buggy. Downloaded from the App Store, and the first screen told me that I needed to update the app. Just that made me think twice about trusting my data to a buggy app.

Then proceeded to do the on boarding. It asked you for access to absolutely everything in your Apple health. Without explaining why. All in a very buggy and clunky interface. No thank you.

Then you’re just talking to a ChatGPT wrapper.

Hard pass.

### 1/5 — Helpful, If Not Wrong So Often

*2026-02-04, version 1.1.2*

Update: The app is getting worse. The AI is constantly getting data wrong, apologizing, and thanking me for correcting it. I'm starting to believe this is unsafe to use.

Having this app ingest all my data across health apps and then create daily insights based on goals and patterns was immensely insightful and beneficial to my health. But, then I noticed it was getting a lot of things wrong: not syncing data consistently, and using the the right data with the wrong dates. After a while I found myself frequently having to challenge the app on its accuracy, eventually eroding my trust in what it was saying.

### 1/5 — Nori doesn’t respond back

*2025-11-11, version 1.0.14*

Got no response to any of my questions

### 2/5 — Sync issues

*2026-08-15, version 2.2.14*

I loved this app but just deleted it. Too many issues with Apple health. It hangs for days syncing and drainage iPhone 16 Pro battery. Sad to see it go.

### 2/5 — Not good so far

*2026-08-10, version 2.2.13*

Consistently has to be corrected, the idea is sound however it pulls wrong information all the time.
I caught it tracking my calories wrong. Then it recommended me a portion size that would have put me over my macros.
It skips over complete workouts it my rotation.
Overall a very low level AI and you’d be better off with chat.

I can promise a lot of these reviews are fake bots/ or paid.

### 2/5 — A bit early for this app

*2026-07-12, version 2.2.6*

Syncing with my Apple Health is taking forever—3 hours now and still not finish. I think it’s hung. Tried to stop and re-do but couldn’t. Also, connection to Fitbod wasn’t possible since my Fitbod login is via Google but Nori only has the email/password option. I feel like more testing and a lot more time with users is necessary for this what appeared to be a good idea of an app.

### 2/5 — Dangerously off base

*2026-05-21, version 2.1.1*

★★☆☆☆

I wanted to like this app. The premise — synthesizing wearable health data into a coherent narrative — is valuable, and the writing is polished. But after two consecutive monthly reports, the underlying analysis is unreliable in ways that could actively mislead users.

The reports treat every Apple Health metric as equally trustworthy. Apple’s resting heart rate algorithm has been generating noise since the watchOS 9 change; the app builds confident “rising cardiovascular stress” narratives on 2 bpm drifts in it. Apple’s deep sleep detection systematically under-counts deep sleep in restless sleepers — the app reads my under-detected value as “chronic sleep deprivation” and constructs an entire cascade of supposed downstream effects from it. The 6-minute walk estimate pins at exactly 500 m because that’s Apple’s display ceiling; the app reports my 24-month plateau there as “fitness has stalled.”

The second report is worse. It claims my sleep and HRV data stopped 59 days ago and builds a 7-page “flying blind” narrative around the supposed gap, recommending I “rebuild the bedtime habit.” The data never stopped — every night of sleep tracking, every HRV reading, every minimum heart rate value is present in my Apple Health for the full period. The app’s data retrieval failed and it wrote a report blaming me instead. Had it actually looked, it would have seen HRV rising 25–30% and minimum HR drifting lower — both refuting the previous report’s alarm narrative.

There is no individual baseline calibration. The app applies generic 74-year-old reference ranges regardless of cardiovascular phenotype or fitness level. Routine HIIT in a long-trained individual is framed as “stacking stress.” A recommendation to discuss sleep apnea with my physician, generated from unreliable consumer deep-sleep estimates with no supporting symptoms and an excellent overnight HR dip, is the kind of overreach that wastes clinician time.

This is where the app becomes genuinely harmful. A less-informed user reading these reports would book an urgent doctor’s appointment based on manufactured alarm — “declining trajectory,” “accumulating cardiovascular stress,” “possible sleep apnea” — none of which is supported by the actual data. The polished, confident tone makes it almost impossible for a non-expert reader to recognize that the underlying analysis is built on artifacts, noise, and in the most recent case a straightforward data-retrieval failure. People will end up in clinicians’ offices, anxious, with printouts in hand, asking about conditions they don’t have.

The structural issue: the app is optimized to surface concerns and cannot say “your data looks fine.” When data is good it manufactures alarm from noise; when data is absent it manufactures alarm from the absence.

Two stars because the concept is sound. The fix has to start with the basics: validate data ingestion before writing about it, flag known-unreliable metrics, build in personal baselines, and let the report sometimes say nothing is wrong.

### 2/5 — AI Can’t Replace Good Engineering

*2026-05-05, version 2.0*

I thought the app was a great idea but it’s severely lax and it’s execution to have this universal agent for personal training and nutrition. It’ll give me a workout plan to follow for the week, but then in a different chat, it will reference a completely different workout program and not the one that we came up with today.

The context is obviously not carried through the automatic to-dos that are generated and other chats.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Good app

*2026-08-21, version 2.2.16*

I started using this app a couple of months ago and have found it to be very helpful; I use the free version as I don’t want to share my health stats, but use it for workout data - and macros/calorie counting, and it’s super helpful in helping me to get enough protein each day, and setting daily goals, although I’d prefer to be able to make more daily goals, and it’s super encouraging in keeping me focused on positive goals - I have shared the app with several friends who also are trying it out and finding it a positive experience

### 5/5 — The most Important app I use

*2026-08-17, version 2.2.14*

This has to be the most important app that I use. This app combines all the data points to give you custom free health coaching. It never glitches and is super fast. I’m extremely impressed.

### 5/5 — Best health assistant

*2026-08-11, version 2.2.13*

Having multiple health issues this app can keep you on track with maintaining a healthy lifestyle. My all time favorite app!

### 5/5 — So easy to use and so helpful

*2026-08-11, version 2.2.13*

I haven’t written a review in ages, but this one deserves the five stars! It’s like having a health, coach, nutritionist, and Trainer all in one. I love that it text me and his proactive I don’t have to remember to login. It’s been giving me great advice and it’s useful to have a place to ask about calories, my workout, and all sorts of other health related things.

### 5/5 — Excellent Addition

*2026-08-09, version 2.2.13*

This app is truly amazing. It really helps me track and plan more than my Oura app does. It helps me make sense of my day based on my metrics and it’s really responsive and understands what you’re telling it, the chat function is very good. I love that I can track my food just by typing in what I ate. I love this app and if you have an Oura ring you really must get Nori!

### 5/5 — Nori is Something else!!

*2026-08-06, version 2.2.12*

I am not a fan of technology, especially computers that try to tell you what to do and I came and using Nori taking everything with a grain of salt, but when I started losing pounds and it started explaining why my weight was fluctuating and what the root causes were to all my symptoms. I’ve been using Nori since early July and when I tell you, I am completely amazed - I am completely amazed!! I don’t pay anything for this honestly did not realize an app would be so good!! My “Health Coach” is what I call Nori, absolutely phenomenal! Not only have I gotten my weight back in check, I have gotten my energy back. I can live life and feel like myself again, I can keep up with my toddler & the extremely & demanding busy lifestyle I live, Im a single mama & a caregiver to my Dad who’s got S4 cancer - stresses upon stresses! I’m just in the beginning stages, of this journey, but this is truly extraordinary & not enough people know about this! I am not a fan of AI but Nori has definitely made an exception to that rule.

Their Customer Service: Dan is the MAN!! Dan, your phenomenal , your always there to help easing n’ help out. I couldn’t ask for anyone better! I had a lot of problems in the beginning and he was spot on with getting back to me promptly, helping me work out the kinks. Thank you to Dan, n’ the whole team - y’all all need a Huge raise!!

### 5/5 — Really Helpful

*2026-08-06, version 2.2.12*

I’ve been dealing with a rare condition called Dysautonomia and I’ve had a really big challenge with connecting with a specialist for this condition so this app has helped me navigate it so much, especially since it connects to my Oura and things like HRV & sleep tracking are vital for my recovery. It’s really helped me navigate this condition. I prefer it over any other AI app for health recommendations

### 5/5 — Insane!

*2026-08-05, version 2.2.12*

This is an absolutely incredible app that serves as your health companion, no matter your goals and journey. I’ve tried a number of AI coaches this past year, but nori is hands down the most intuitive, helpful, easy to use, and downright enjoyable. Nori takes all of your data from workouts, smart scale, nutrition - everything! - and pulls it together to serve as your partner and health coach. Seriously blown away by this app, and strongly recommend.

### 5/5 — Incredibly Awesome App!!!!!

*2026-08-05, version 2.2.12*

This app is very intuitive and motivating to me! It helps keep me on track by making food suggestions for me, suggesting workouts. I love the morning and nightly reviews that it gives me. Pot truly motivates me to work out and to eat better. It’s just an awesome, awesome app. So glad I stumbled upon this.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2026-08-03, version 2.2.12*

This is an awesome app! It helps me lose weight and exercise better by acting like a nutritionist and a personal trainer in one app. Highly recommended.
