## What is Nori + Rice?

Keep the recipes you love. Make room for your allergies.

Nori + Rice helps adults save, review, and adapt recipes around the allergies they select. Import a recipe from a public webpage or enter it yourself, then use AI to review its listed ingredients for potential concerns.

REVIEW INGREDIENTS WITH MORE CONTEXT
See which ingredients need a closer look and why they were flagged against your selected allergies.

EXPLORE PRACTICAL SWAPS
Review suggested substitutions, enter your own alternative, and keep your changes with the recipe. Always check replacement ingredients and product labels yourself.

BUILD YOUR PERSONAL RECIPE BOOK
Save ingredients, steps, tags, and personal notes together. Search and filter your collection to find recipes again.

START WITHOUT MAKING AN ACCOUNT
When you’re ready, use Apple, Google, or email to keep your recipes and allergy profile with your account.

AN IMPORTANT SAFETY REMINDER
Nori + Rice is a recipe-review aid, not medical advice. AI can miss allergens or misunderstand recipe information. No matches found does not mean a recipe or product is safe for you. Always review the original recipe, read current ingredient and advisory labels, assess manufacturing and kitchen cross-contact, and follow your medical professional’s guidance. If you are unsure, do not use the ingredient or eat the food.

For adults 18 and older, including parents and caregivers managing recipes for their households.
