Das neue Verfahren habe ich bereits vor 5 Tagen beantragt Nichts ist passiert bislang. Es wäre vielleicht besser wenn man den Kunden erst das neue Verfahren installieren lässt, bevor man das alte ohne Vorwarnung abschaltet. Seit 5 Tagen habe ich keinen Zugriff auf mein Konto. Das ist inakzeptabel. Ich werde die Bank wohl wechseln müssen.... Leider funktioniert das Verfahren der norisbank photo Tan überhaupt nicht. Um das Verfahren einzurichten, braucht man den Aktivierungsbrief mit Photo Tan. Hat man den und will die app auf dem Handy aktivieren, erhält man die Nachricht: Photo Tan wird abgeschafft... Hat vorher eigentlich gut funktioniert. ### 5/5 — Meine Bank *2025-05-06, version 3.7.0* Seit Jahren uneingeschränkt sehr zufrieden J.I ### 4/5 — Absturz mit iOS 18 *2025-03-12* Seit iOS 18 ist die Nutzung mit der photoTAN App der Norisbank nicht mehr möglich. Ich nutze sowohl ein iPhone 15 Pro Max als auch ein iPhone 11 Pro Max Selbst nach dem neu einrichten, kommt es zu einer Dauerschleife. Nachdem der selbst ausgedachte PIN eingegeben wurde, stürzt die photoTAN App ab und beim neu aufrufen. Kommt erneut das Menü, wo man die photoTAN App einrichten müsste. Also wieder am Anfang. Selbst eine Neuinstallation, der App brachte keinen Erfolg. Dieser Fehler tritt seit iOS 18, iOS 18.1 und jetzt auch mit iOS 18.2 auf. Ich hoffe das wird behoben, denn sonst kann man sich nicht in die Norisbank App Update: das Problem war die Kombination Face ID und der App. Hier brach die App ständig ab. Wie oben beschrieben, wenn man diese Funktion deaktiviert hat und nur Zahlen eingegeben hat für die Entsperrung der App hat sie funktioniert jetzt mit iOS. Update 18.3.2 wurde dieses Problem endlich seit September mit dem Erscheinen von iOS 18 behoben Jucheeinwählen ### 2/5 — Nervig *2025-02-02, version 3.4.0* Die App zeigt permanent eine vorhandene Transaktion/Nachricht mit einer 1 über dem AppSymbol an, obwohl keine vorhanden ist. Das nervt kolossal. Bei meiner verzweifelten Suche nach einem Weg diese zu entfernen, habe ich versehentlich die Autorisierung der App gelöscht. Dies ist ohne Sicherheitsabfrage/bzw. Bestätigung möglich. Zwei Zeilen Code, 20 Minuten 🤦‍♂️ ### 5/5 — Einfach und praktisch *2025-01-31* Funktioniert sehr gut und ist aufgrund der Gestaltung gut zu erkennen und zuzuordnen ### 3/5 — Kein Push mehr, fehlerhafte Icon-Anzeige *2024-12-13* Push funktioniert nicht mehr, ich muss die App immer händisch aufrufen, um den vorliegenden Auftrag zu bestätigen. Wenn ich die App dann schließe, wird im Icon eine rote 1 angezeigt - diese verschwindet erst, nachdem ich die App ein weiteres Mal geöffnet und festgestellt habe, dass kein Auftrag mehr vorliegt. Bitte fixen! ### 3/5 — Ungewollte Demo *2024-11-01, version 3.4.0* Jedes mal, wenn ich mich einloggen möchte, öffnet sich die ungefragt die Demo. Dann muss ich die App neu starten, um den Login abzuschließen. ### 4/5 — Die App tut was sie soll, nur kein Push *2024-08-09* Ich bin mit dem Funktionsumfang der App sehr zufrieden, bisher haben alle Freigaben und Verifikationen gut funktioniert. Nur leider funktioniert weder Push noch die Badge-Anzeige auf der App, wenn eine neue Push-Anfrage gesendet wurde. Beim manuellen Öffnen sehe ich die Anfrage dann, und erst nach Freigabe sehe ich den roten Badge mit einer 1 auf der App. Erst nach einem weiteren Öffnen der photoTAN Rubrik wird der Badge wieder gelöscht. ### 2/5 — Auf IPhone nicht möglich *2024-03-08, version 3.4.0* Code gescannt und dann alle Daten wie gewünscht angegeben.
