## What is Norma Focus?

Norma helps you block distracting apps with a deliberate physical action.

Scan your Norma device to start a focus session and make your phone feel intentional again. Instead of relying on willpower alone, Norma turns focus into a ritual.

Designed around a physical NFC object, Norma creates a simple bridge between the digital and the physical world. One scan, and your selected distractions are blocked.

Use Norma to:
	•	Block distracting apps in a deliberate way
	•	Create focus rituals for work, study, or quiet time
	•	Build a calmer relationship with your phone
	•	Add friction where willpower usually fails

Norma is made for people who want a more intentional, minimal, and physical approach to focus.
