They don’t stress this but be sure to have everything straight with Pocket Mags (the account service you purchase magazine through) before you purchase. Without doing that it can be a slow process getting your magazine to download. I also cannot make an account with them because of how glitchy is it. ### 1/5 — Subscribe for only current issue *2019-12-22* They should clearly indicate in the app saying, if you subscribe annually, you still have to buy each one individually prior than the current issue. So disappointing. Instantly cancelled the renewal. ### 1/5 — Review of the app, not of the magazine *2018-06-02* I purchased a magazine through the app. It said that my purchase was confirmed, but wouldn’t download. I tried clicking on restore purchases which didn’t work. I contacted customer service who was able to manually. It was added to my Pocketmags account (which is associated with Normal).
