Je sélectionne le resto le plus près de chez moi, je laisse 15% de pourboire et surprise finalement ce n’est pkus le resto près de chez moi mais un plus loin et ce n’est pas une livraison mais une commande à aller chercher moi même. Je me dis peut-être que j’ai mal fait quelque chose, je téléphone pour faire modifier le tout. Impossible les restos peuvent ps modifier de commande avec l’application (c’est ce qu’on me dit). On me dit d’annuler ma commande et de recommencer. Je retourne sur l’application aucune commande mais le resto la bien reçu donc en gros je paye 15% sur un commande que j’ai du aller chercher et plein détails super irritants se sont passer entre ma commande et la ma cueillette. Je ne vous recommande pas l’appli ! Ahhh et aucun rabais tel qu’annnoncer sur l’appli. ### 1/5 — Application non fonctionnelle *2025-07-28* Deux fois que je commande avec cette application dernièrement et le restaurant ne reçoit pas mon adresse ni mon numéro de téléphone. Donc je finis par téléphoner et je reçois ma pizza avec 1 heure de retard et ce sans aucun crédit mis à part de plates excuses. Je viens de supprimer mon compte. C’était la dernière chance! ### 1/5 — Réinitialisation mot de passe *2025-05-16* Je suis dans une boucle sans fin de réinitialisation de mot de passe et de courriel me confirmant le tout … Après 20 min s’essaie erreur j’abandonne ### 3/5 — Pas plus de suivi *2025-04-21* Il y a le statut de la commande et ils auraient pu intégrer un vrai suivi des commandes et de la livraison. Malheureusement, aucun suivi et toujours en retard. On aurait pu savoir combien de retard on va recevoir notre livraison avec l’application.
