They are released twice a year - one for SS & one for FW. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Wonderful product but terrible app *2025-04-22* I have not been able to login or change my password (which I have forgotten) for months. There is simply no option to reset. Restore purchase does nothing. It’s like an endless loop. I can access older issues that have a check mark at the bottom, but not newer ones. It’s very frustrating. I don’t know where to ask for help. The website doesn’t offer any guidance on the app. ### 1/5 — Cannot Restore Purchases *2024-04-12* I don’t understand the lack of support for this app or its predecessor KFI (Knitting Fever). There’s no indication whether this is because I need to change a password, and as far as I can tell there is no way to change a password or create a new account via the app, but I can still purchase a subscription through the App Store? Please fix. ### 1/5 — Terrible experience. *2022-11-04* I do not recommend this app. My experience is not a good one. I paid 19.99 for a one year subscription, but the app keeps giving me error messages and won’t let me access the contents of any issues. It won’t accept my log in, while also not offering an option to reset the password. There is no help contact info either. I tried this on two different devices with the same result. Really easy to use and I feel I am getting more for my money. Past app I had to purchase old issues to view, this app I get ALL the content for the 9.99 a year. Each paper issue is 9.99 so I am only paying 50% per issue- awesome!! ### 4/5 — Slow but had finally the ability to download *2023-05-31, version 7.0.18* You have access to it but not right away I wanted to change my review but could not Access is delayed ### 4/5 — Solved App Issue *2021-04-23* I too had all my old magazine purchases through the KFI App which no longer functions. If you download the new Noro App and purchase a subscription, all the old purchases are available as well as all the new editions of the Magazine as they come out. You do have to buy a subscription now instead of buying each edition but it is inclusive. ### 2/5 — Always hard to get into my account *2023-06-09, version 7.0.18* I have several issues of the magazine bought and saved in my account but I can never access them easily.
