## What is Norra?

Take a photo of your meal. Norra identifies what is on the plate, estimates calories and macros, and logs it.

PHOTO LOGGING
Point the camera at your food. Norra lists each item with its own calories and macros. Tap an item to rename it or change the portion, and the totals update.

MENU SCANNING
Photograph a restaurant menu. Norra reads the dishes and ranks them against your goal, with calories, protein and a short reason for each.

WHAT TO EAT NEXT
See three meal ideas that fit the calories you have left. Filter by quick, no cooking, high protein, cheap, light or filling. Tap one to log it.

TARGETS THAT ADAPT
Norra sets a daily calorie and protein target from your height, weight and goal. After two weeks of logs and weigh-ins, it compares your intake against your actual weight change and suggests a corrected target.

ALSO INCLUDED
Plate Score for the day
Streaks and weekly progress
Weight tracking
Full scan history
Saved go-to orders

Two free scans. Norra Pro unlocks unlimited scanning, at $4.99 per week or $29.99 per year.

Your food log, measurements and weight history are stored on your device. Norra does not ask for location and does not use health data for advertising. You can delete your account from inside the app.

Norra estimates nutrition from photographs. It is not a medical device and does not replace advice from a doctor or dietitian.
