Either showing “system error” or “oops. There is nothing here to explore.” My flight is 5 days out and I’d rather not wait to pay in person when it jumps from $69 each flight to $130 in person each way for an extra bag. A proper error message would have been extremely helpful. I have use app 5 times and sent emails daily and no response ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM App is DESIGNED to Crash at Check-in *2026-09-02, version 1.4.15* I’ve been trying for the last 25 minutes to get checked in for my flight tomorrow and it says Server error every single time. turns out it’s a Nurse policy that you have to come and check in at the gate and they are taking advantage of the fact that people have delays in their connecting flights so that they can extort money out of consumers. Just one week before our long-awaited trip to Los Angeles, we discovered that our flight had been cancelled—but only because we happened to check the Norse app. We received no email, text message, or direct communication from Norse informing us of the cancellation. The only contact we’ve had has been through Loveholidays, with whom we booked our flights and accommodation, and even they are still waiting to hear back from Norse. Leaving passengers in the dark with so little time before departure is unacceptable and has caused unnecessary stress and uncertainty. We expected far better communication and customer service. Militant style bag check. The airline uses bag check fees at airport checkin to makeup for the cheap tickets. Zero inflight amenities. Cold cabin air and no blankets offered. Water, which is considered a necessity, is not offered and you have to buy it - even on 8 hour long international flights.
