## What is Norstatpanel?

The Norstatpanel app makes answering surveys easier and quicker than ever before.

Note: In order to use this app you have to be an existing panel member.

By using the app, you will receive surveys customized for mobile format. The surveys will generally be shorter, and more fit for tablets and phones than the ones you normally receive via e-mail.

When you start using the app you will quickly discover that it is really easy to use, and provides a nice overview of the surveys currently available to you, as well as handy shortcuts to redeeming your points and receiving incentives.

As a panel member, you can of course always contact panel support if you have any questions, comments or with to give us feedback on the app.

Norstat is sole responsible owner of both norstatpanel.com and this app, and guarantees your anonymity and the quality of the surveys, independently of in which channel you choose to answer surveys.

Wypełniasz mega długą ankietę z powtarzającymi się pytaniami, w tym w rodzaju „wymień marki przekąsek” - gdzie masz je wypisać, nie zaznaczyć, po czym dowiadujesz się, że nie jesteś w grupie docelowej i w sumie straciłeś czas w głupi sposób. Nie polecam.

Wypłata lub wymiana środków na nagrody PRAKTYCZNIE NIEMOŻLIWA. Niekończące się weryfikacje (kwestia tygodni, nie dni!), brak pomocy ze strony supportu. Generalnie to nie jest warte poświęconego czasu… A sama aplikacja to kiepska nakładka na stronę WWW - choć i tak miałem sytuację w których ankieta nie wyświetla się w apce, a w przeglądarce (wciąż mobile) już tak. Jestem użytkownikiem od kilku miesięcy i jeżeli w końcu dojdzie do realizacji zakupu to kończę tę współpracę.

Am Anfang war noch alles gut, ich konnt mal 10 Euro einlösen. Jetzt besitze ich fast 50 Euro aber über Wochen wird mir gesagt das ich eine interne Überprüfung habe die so 48h geht, so kann ich seit Wochen meine coins aber nicht verwenden, der Support meldet sich natürlich nicht zurück. Das ist eine sehr unseriöse Arbeitseise.

Oczekują, że w godzinach pracy i w weekendy mamy dostęp do różnych urządzeń, bo nie każda ankieta pójdzie na telefonie, a jest tylko określony czas na wypełnienie. A jak nie wypełnisz jednej, to tracisz możliwość zdobywania dodatkowych punktów. Nie polecam!

Na razie korzystam i jest super, ale mój znajomy został zablokowany i widziałem wymianę maili między nim a HelpDeskiem i wygląda to jak żart. Nie podają powodu blokady konta a powołują się na regulamin i tłumaczą, że blokadę nałożył ich automatyczny system. Póki co korzystam, może jak sprawa ze znajomym się wyjaśni a ja nie będę miał problemów to zmienię ocenę. Póki co to oceniam zaufanie do platformy na 3/10.
