This is the first focus app that truly changed my daily routine. I used to lose hours to Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube without even noticing. Now, I plan my day around focused blocks and the app enforces them. The social media blocker is strict but fair: once a session starts, there’s no “just checking one message” loophole.
