This is the first focus app that truly changed my daily routine. I used to lose hours to Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube without even noticing. Now, I plan my day around focused blocks and the app enforces them. The social media blocker is strict but fair: once a session starts, there’s no “just checking one message” loophole.
What sets it apart is how it combines tracking and blocking in one place. I can see exactly how much time I’m saving, which apps steal my attention the most, and how my focus improves week by week. Really amazing!
