I have had Nortex in two different households now. 
Every time a installation is done, they make sure that it is done correctly. Customer service is okay. they mean well, they have a lot on their plate.. but I don’t really have any negative things to say about this company. great job guys.

For Sanger after the State took over control of who arranged information transmission services from the cities (took away franchise cable tv management) the best way to get digital service is thru WiFi.
In Nortex Communications service area it is WiFi done right. It is new 
Fiber unencumbered by load factors. It is not dependent on towers along they freeway.
Other companies change names and plans. But they never change the wiring that brought it to your pedestal. Heck, most of the time they don’t even change the name on the pedestal.

My internet service. It’s speed. The efficient billing, has all been amazing. I have NO complaints. If they have made it to service your area? Call them!
