I was not able to pay for the order with my cards online!

The app is slow and buggy.  It also doesn’t have all the options it should.  Not a good app.

Overall the bug fixes and updates to saving credit card and pay at door have greatly improved its usability. It could use some more updating to improve address finder and automatic reordering and Apple Pay to keep in on par with apps like SkipTheDishes and DoorDash, as well as a better feedback system, but I do like that it directly relays the comments to the kitchen. Skip is a little rough sometimes for that.
