There's no need to go to a big bank. This is where I've done all my banking for over thirty years. I have checking and savings accounts. Safe deposit boxes. Debit cards. I transitioned from paper checking to electronic banking. Everything is now on line. I have had multiple occasions to call with questions and everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and pleasant.
