If the option to rate your app pops up after every click on the app- after I’ve chosen not now.  Then you’re getting one star.

Excessive fees  when funds are available. When the bank is closed deposit come in reflecting availability of funds. Accounts are charged overdraft. I’m closing all accounts asap!

This bank is local but offers everything you would want. There's no need to go to a big bank. This is where I've done all my banking for over thirty years. I have checking and savings accounts. Safe deposit boxes.  Debit cards. I transitioned from paper checking to electronic banking. Everything is now on line. I have had multiple occasions to call with questions and everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and pleasant. I cannot stress enough, if you're in the market for a bank this one should be your first choice.

Have been with NBSB all my life and they just keep getting better and better with products and services. They truly are a small bank with big opportunities for local folks.

This app is great. I can quickly access my accounts from anywhere. I like to be able to transfer funds from one account to another if I notice my balance is low. When I can’t get to the bank I use the mobile check deposit to deposit my check using my phone’s camera. It’s super convenient!
