When I tried to withdraw my money I was told my account was restricted. I couldn’t just get my money transferred to the same account I deposited from. They had no problem with me adding money to the Underdog app but when it came time to withdraw, all of a sudden they started demanding pictures and IDs. I finally got my money out but had to sign up to some weird money transfer site that I’d never heard of to do it. Stick to the sportsbook apps that let you just easily deposit and withdraw with Venmo, PayPal, or directly to your bank. We ready for y’all ### 1/5 — Worse than bookies. *2024-06-13, version 1.14.0* Never in my life have I seen such minimal offerings and locked odds. Sometimes they’ll only lock one side of the option. A practice seen nowhere. Absolutely not a good faith book. ### 2/5 — Buggy app small variety *2024-06-08, version 1.14.0* The app is extremely buggy and constantly freezes. Every time you open the app you have to log in with a verification code every single time which is so annoying. There is small variety in props and game lines which cannot even compare with other sports books. Customer support is pretty good but there is barely any promotions. ### 3/5 — Cash out winnings *2024-05-29, version 1.12.0* Good app but makes it hard if you don’t have PayPal to cash out they say they will review it and approve then send it to inter checks which can take up to 5 days! Then send it to your email. As soon as I tried to cash out my winnings the app says my account is restricted!! They have no live customer service to resolve the problem! Sent a message to customer service and have been waiting 2 days for a response. Now I have $500 sitting in an account waiting to hear from them!! No actual support to assist when you need it and only option is a chat message that takes 6+ hrs to get a response. I will be blasting my experience on my pages. I've been waiting over a week for my winnings. **Developer response:** All withdrawals take 48-72 hours to process and we have more expanded withdrawal options on the way to help improve this process even more! I definitely don’t recommend using this Sportsbook. They are very close to being sued. ### 1/5 — Worst Book *2025-04-13* I signed up with the impression of 100% deposit match bonus. They did not provide any bonus after conditions were met, settled losses immediately and took 15+ minutes to settle wins. They offered 0 support when attempting to ask why the promotion they offered was not applied. Whether it’s claiming you need to verify your account, freeze your account from withdrawing, change projections on your winning slip, or just permanently delete your account! I messed up on some of my bets and they took care of it quickly as a one time courtesy and explained to me what I did wrong. On another occasion I misunderstood the bet 5 promo and they also helped me with that.
